It's an ability that makes it more likely for secondary effects such as burns or flinches to happen. It's most notably one of the abilities of the Flying Type Pokemon Togekiss

Not intimately familiar with the Pokemon anime, but "Distant Blue Sky" seems to be an episode in an alternate continuity of the anime, so "W's" could also be "double-you's" as in there are two versions of some characters like Ash, embodied by the blue sky in that series?

A few things chat neglected to tell ya.
The Drifloon line that KWite did wasn't out of pocket. Obviously the Shadow Balls line was an innuendo, but like in the Pokedex Entries they actually STEAL kids. They lure them being cute balloons and then pick them up, suffocate them and steal their souls. IT's very fucked.
Froslass is Norman Bates is probably a long hand for saying she's Psycho? Because I think that's what it's in reference to.
Connor mentions "The Maw Large" that's a reference to Regidraco's signature ability Dragon's Maw which basically gives him double STAB to his Dragon Moves (It's real strong)
Frosslass (according to the Pokedex) freezes travelers/Pokémon it likes where they become decorations in its den and then freezes and eats their soul.

I’m bias, but TEV’s verse was without question my favorite, solely based on the “Ain’t tryna fight? Get yo ass out the grass then!” bar. 😂
I’ll try to break down the bars you didn’t get:
The Normandie part is just referring to storming the beaches. not much of a Pokémon reference, but he mentions Charcadet, so it might be an add-on to that (like military cadets storming the beaches).
“God rep Norm” is talking about the fact that Arceus’ base form is normal type.
The scarf mentioned in the same verse is referring to silk scarf (an item that boosts normal type attacks by 20%)
Quiver dance is a bug type move that raises Special attack, Special defense, and speed.
The Grace part I don’t THINK is a reference to Pokémon because the only characters named Grace don’t have much to do with legendary birds (one of them is Serena’s mom and has a Fletchling which isn’t a legendary, and the other is a minor recurring character in Hoenn who is only seen with a Medicham).
I feel like the first couple Ground type lines were references to Swampert (a water+ground type), and “give em something sunny” could be referring to the “harsh sunlight” weather condition (that weakens water types and boosts fire and grass moves). Or it could just be referring to Groudon like chat said😅
Yes, Iron Treads is a Pokémon from Violet
Adamant is a NATURE, not ability (basically a personality that boosts certain stats)
“Add the GG” is referencing Aron’s evolution Aggron (you add 2 g’s to his name)
Buzzy Buzz is a move from (I believe) Let’s Go Eevee (since your partner Eevee can’t evolve, you can teach it certain special moves to have different elements).
“I can’t f*** with Officer Jenny. That ma’am a swine…” …You got that. I just think that line is AWESOME!😂
Hail is a weather condition that can be caused in any climate (even hot environments) because of some Pokémon.
Frost Rotom is one of Rotom’s forms (when it takes over a fridge), but it can also be read as “Frost WROTE ‘EM,” cause he wrote the verse.
I… honestly don’t know what the “layers like a Blaziken” bar means either😅
The Drifloon line ain’t a lie, tho. They’re KNOWN for dragging kids away when they grab onto their string-like appendages.😂
Froslass is canonically a sadistic Pokémon that hunts and preys on other Pokémon and even humans (it says that they lure people into their dens, freezes them to death, and uses their frozen bodies as decorations). Norman Bates is also a sadistic m**derer in the Psycho franchise.
(Quick side-note, I didn’t know Kwite could rap, but he did amazing on this🔥)
Lastly, Terapagos is TECHNICALLY a normal type in its base form (and yes, it’s dumb).

As a correction, Terapagos is Normal type in its base form, but its Stellar form is Stellar type and Terapagos cannot be any other Tera type, so it's still a naturally-occurring Stellar type arguably.
I think the Blaziken line is because chickens lay eggs. It’s an egg ‘layer’
The shady p bar is a reference to shadypenguin, who is notorious for throwing battles/runs of Pokemon games

little bit of context Shady P is an older male pokemon streamer and youtube, who has been known to but not always meant to throw important moments or pokemon away at crucial times. his streams and content are pretty good and he has a new channel with another pokemon youtuber Unitedgamer, on a channel called dad's being dudes. as both are dads. and yes to also answer you their are choice items which allow one to choose a move and go first usually in a pokemon battle.

for only doing cursory googling you really nailed the stellar verse:
-getting that terapagos is the "sole living sample" and referencing its mythicality
-its ability clearing the field of weather, terrain, and hazards
-terraforming referencing its final "tera" "form" but also how it looks like the earth *in* said form
-turning D rank mons to S's, while smogon doesnt go by lettered tiers, there are a few pokemon that have been able to take advantage of stellar in singles and have risen in tier because of it (maybe from rarely-used (RU) to under-used (UU) i think you were right when you called it hyperbole lol)

Stellar type tera blast lowers your attack and special attack, but it’s hidden ability, contrary, reverse the effecf, turning it into a attack and special attack boost.
There are many other pokemon with contrary, but serperior is very notable due to also getting leaf storm, which lowers special attack by 2 stages.
