I wish they’d mixed it up a bit sometimes to be honest. The only deviation from the show’s format is the duet episode from season 1 and then the bottom 6’s they did
@@MegTalksGlee agreed! while part of me likes the fact that they tried to recreate the good glee days, I wish they could be more original. The glee project was basically the season 4 pilot “the new Rachel” ngl. They tried so hard to be the people who they aspire to be, I wanted to see them in their raw self. Amazing video btw
Here’s who in my opinion should’ve won each season (had it been the same number or winners and runner ups): Season 1-Winners are Alex and Marissa, and Lindsay and Samuel are runner ups. Season 2- Nellie wins, and Blake and Ali are runner ups but get spots on the show unlike how Aylin and Ali originally got. The two I wish I could put here are Shanna and Matheus but I love the others too much.
just imagine if season 6 got some from season 4 and 5 like Marley and Ryder maybe season 6 went well and we could of got a season 7 and season 3 of glee project
I used to really love glee project, and i used to think ryan should use all the contestant for a rival glee club during competitions lol Also I feel like season 2 is a waste of time bcs bl*ke already fit perfectly with an already written character (ryder), and the fact that he won over Aylin and Ali is baffling🤮🤮 Also also its a crime that Heather never become a guest mentor lol
It was an "Inspiration Competition"-- by S3 the creators/writing staff were out of ideas, so they put a bunch of kids in a competition and took their life stories to write into plots while pretending their singing/dancing/acting had anything to do with why they were being eliminated. XD
How I see it: 21) "Now That We Found Love" - This song sucks... 20) "Bulletproof" - Fair enough... 19) "We Got The Beat" - The Season 3 version was better... 18) "Hey Soul Sister" - The Season 2 version was better... 17) "You Can't Stop The Beat" - The Season 3 version was better... 16) "Need You Now" - I'm undecided between this version and the Season 2 version... 15) "My Life Would Suck Without You" - The Season 1 version was better... 14) "Please Don't Leave Me" - Fair enough... 13) "Don't Stop Believin'" - Great... All versions are good... 12) "Signed, Sealed, Delivered" - The Season 4 version was better... 11) "I Wanna Sex You Up" - The Season 1 version was better... 10) "Bad Romance" - The Season 1 version was better... 9) "Born This Way" - The Season 2 version was better... 8) "Addicted To Love" - Great, and I prefer this version to the one in Season 5... 7) "I Hope I Get It" - This song sucks... 6) "True Colours" - The Season 1 version was better... 5) "Survivor" - Fair enough... Nostalgic... 4) "Like A Virgin" - The Season 1 version was better... 3) "More Than Words" - Great, and I prefer this version to the Season 4 version... 2) "You Oughta Know" - Great... What were the producers thinking, leaving it out of Season 6...? 1) "Lean On Me" - Great...
Remember that they had a very limited time to prepare the songs we just watched (if I remember correctly, they had a 24 hour notice, maybe even less), so comparing those versions presented in the video to the ones the original glee cast did on the show isn't exactly fair (without even considering the fact that the songs that went on glee were recorded in a studio, where you can re-record a line that didn't go so well and smooth things out with sound mixing)

I read this as We Got the Beat came on. There is literally no soul behind his eyes no matter how hard he try’s to feel the music lol
you can't deny that they are all great singers but you can def tell who has a personality and stage presence for television
I have never seen the Glee project and this video seems very chaotic, but the music's good so I'm not complaining.
Part of me wishes they had recreated the girls and boys mashup:

Boys: stop! in the name of love/ free your mind
