beef tallows literally beef fat @ryley. The idea is that animal fats are much better over vegetable and seed oils. Some people have issue with animal fat, and getting beef tallow is not cheap and readily available in big stores like walmart so I’d highly suggest getting ghee, much much healthier if you can get over the taste!!
