I see Phillip is getting a whole lot more comfortable hanging out with you guys. The comment after you found the double bars like Mike did.😂 Way to go Phillip 👍
That was a great day out hunting!!Great finds by everyone. Philip, Happy two 'Bucket Lister' Birthday buddy! You know what kind of locations I hunt, but I have net dug a large cent YET! So great job. I really enjoyed it guys.
What a great hunt you all had. Congrats Phillip on the large cent and IHP bucket listers. and Happy belated Birthday. And congratulations to Mike on the barber quarter.
John, So much to say... when you said you turned 44 a while back i was looking at the time on my phone and it was 2:44 when you said that. You mentioned a 1914-D penny. I was fortunate enough to find one in 1983. And when you showed the suspender clip i had one on my coffee table. 😂 Congrats to Phillip finding his first Indian and large cent. It was very generous of you guys to give your find's to the owner of the property. God bless you guys. Have a happy Thanksgiving to everyone.
Happy guys! I was lucky enough to dig a classic head 1812 large cent yesterday. It’s my first classic but I have 20-30 braided hair. It was in pretty good shape I also dug a civil war saddle shield. Awesome day for me! Good video guys!
Congratulations on all of your fantastic old coins, and the cool doggie tags. Just as cool, you found some super nice people who shared their yard and their love of treasure! The large cent is jaw-dropping, a great birthday gift Phillip!!!!!
Those trashy spots do really well sometimes because most people aren't gonna spend the time to go thru those areas or don't have the machine that will. I work trashy areas hard.... Means lots of activity
Crazy to both find double bars like that in the same day. My digging friend and I both found the exact same old brass kids' friendship ring in the same town.
That long-handled spoon with the undersized bowl is an *"iced tea spoon"* for stirring in sugar into room temperature brewed tea prior to adding the fresh lemon juice and the ice cubes. My mom had a set of Dankse stainless flatware, the Silhouette pattern, I believe, and the iced tea spoons were her favorite utensils out of the entire set. Happy birthday to everyone from a 70-year-old fart!
Those are sterling silver Captain's bars which could have been for either the Army or the Marine Corps. An officer would have needed at least three of them. One for each shoulder epaulet, and, depending upon the era, one for an Overseas Cap. If my memory serves me, sterling silver rank insignia pre-dated the wearing of baseball caps, but don't quote me on it.

John that spoon is an ice cream sundae spoon. My parents had them. Used on a very deep glass cup. Happy 44 to you.
1957 dog tag for the 57 year old birthday.
Happy birthday
Don’t you love days like this?
The metal piece with stars around it is military medal.

Happy birthday to everyone from a 70-year-old fart!
I brush large cents in the field all the time
Mike, it's crane with water
Maybe the knife part was from a straight razor? Maybe the aluminum bell is the kind to jingle on a fishing pole?
What you called a name badge is a military unit/ accommodation citation badge frame.
I was curious about that, thanks for the info!

You guys dig lots of mid or low tones with the manticores ? I normally skip them but I do dig a few but not near as many as I should.
I think that is a ice cream spoon.
It's a tea spoon.
Stirring sugar at the bottom of a tall class.
Captains rank! 13:39
That was a tea spoon…long for stirring tea
You are in the south and don't recognize a tea spoon?
