I only have 10 4k movies right now, I have Creed, John Wick 1 and 2, Deepwater Horizon, Mad Max Fury Road, Mission Impossible Fallout, Inception, Schindler's List, The First Purge, and Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom.
I've got three and you haven't got neither of them. - "Suicide Squad", "Pacific Rim" and "War Dogs". I buyed my first blu ray ("Exodus") about one year ago and now in my collection I've got about 74 movies and 1 Tv show. It's still growing!

Into Darkness is a great Star Trek movie picture quality wise for 4k. Not so much the first one. The Revenant was amazing. I really enjoyed Power Rangers in 4k that is probably a reference quality disc. Thanks for the video.
Power Rangers is Dolby Vision, its a must watch for me since both my tv and player support DV
you should add Planet Earth 2 to that collection. I only have 6 or 7 4K discs so far but that looks the best by far.

I just started collecting them.I got 3 so far Lucy,deadpool & Renevant.Im gonna get Sully next.Using a 75 inch ks9000 & m9500 samsung 4k blu ray player with onkyo receiver
Sweet collection! I'll stick with regular Blu-rays for now, they look good enough, I'm actually fine with watching older movies in Standard quality to be honest, but I definitely prefer newer movies to be in HD.
totally agree, i had to get a new tv because my last one was bleeding light terribly in dark scenes in movies and it was pissing me off. it was a samsung
I'd say if you're into stuff like Marvel & Transformers & basically all the movies you find on the shelves at Wal Mart than 4k is the way to go. If you like good movies though just stick with Blu Ray.
I am collecting 4K's...even if I don't have a 4K player or capable TV for 4K...I love the black cases and am just preparing myself, so that when I do make the jump, I have movies that I can test right away and don't have to run out and buy some right away.

I currently don't have a 4K player but I have been getting some movies in 4K and I do have a friend who has a 4K player. I only have 8 releases.
Both John Wick movies look great in 4K and Furious 7 also looks great in 4K.
With a Nolan movie coming to theaters this year I'm hoping we get some of his movies in 4K this year

My only gripe about the 4k movies is that their slips are so inconsistent with their shapes. Some have some weird cut-out on the spine and the others are normal slips. I don't like the ones with the cut-outs and that is why I am hesitant to up upgrade to 4K.

I recently got a Lg 4K OLED tv. And I've looked into 4kblu rays, being a huge collector such as myself and might just wait till the format gets more affordable. Of course it already is affordable, especiallly the triple movie packs but I think I'll stick to regular Blu rays for now. Btw I had a question, just recently bought Ghost World and Rumble Fish criterion Blu rays, they say they have 4K transfers. Are they actually 4K transfers?

LOVE IS FOR THE BIRDS I would say it depends on the movie and the work they've put on it. The quality of the transfer and the sound, this is why it's important to see reviews like this before you buy anything. HDR and Dolby Atmos are an amazing experience when they are well done, like in Power Ranger for example. I hope Peter Jackson will redo Lord of the rings in 4k !
