    Looking really good, might make something like this, cheaper meats of course, and freeze for like lunches and stuff.

      Go for it. I would suggest beef if it isn't too expensive, especially something like beef shin, or a long slow cooking meat that is cheap!
      It freezes well, and keeps well for a 2nd day - in fact, that's what I am having for dinner later!
