This isn't bad at all! I love that there is more room to expose two screens at a time. Sure I could see how it may be not worth it if you're not doing prints all day. For me however this would perfectly to get jobs exposed faster since I do print daily! Loved this video!

Here's an alternative that worked for us years ago: Place film on screen, vacuum bag with 2mm plastic, project light through plastic. Works for very large screens, no separate vacuum box needed, screen frame is box.

Hey, Paul, been stalking your channel for a bit while I've been building out a small printshop shed. I'm just about done with the construction bits and am moving on to the actual printing pieces. First up is the vacuum exposure unit! I've built my vacuum table already and have printed heaps on it already (but its got no screen reg rack, another of your projects I'll be doing...). The valve on the rubber sheet, I'm having difficulty sourcing that, is there a specific name I should be using to find it? Keep up the great work, you're very inspiring!

Hi Keith, thats what took me ages to figure out, you have to hack together something like this - djsimons.co.uk/product/6mm-metal-push-on-air-hose-connector-hosetail/ and use washers

you could rebuild it smaller, & have enough glass to do the full bleed
