I have installed a MX coil in a Compact NSX630 with a rotary handle. The coil trips the breaker but the breaker doesn't reset itself after putting the handle in OFF position and remains in Trip condition even after cutting the supply to the MX coil. What might be the issue?

MX coil can be supplied continuosly without gets damage the coil or just is a pulse of voltage?
