भारतीय संविधान के अनुसार भारत के किसी भी राज्य को स्वतंत्र दर्जा नही दिया जा सकता।
1947 में कश्मीर भारत का राज्य नहीं था, इसलिए उसको भारत में शामिल करते समय 370 दिया गया।
कल अगर सिंध भारत में आ गया, तो उसको 370 मिल सकता है, कश्मीर को कभी नहीं।
जब जनमत संग्रह की बात आई तो कश्मीरी पंडितों को वहां से भगा दिया था जिन की तादाद सबसे ज्यादा थी पूरी कहानी तो बताइए उमर अब्दुल्ला जी 😠😠

There has been so much development since the abrogation of A-370. We have people campaigning in J&K just like it happens in any other state!! Isn’t that a serious improvement in the security issues. Those who used to pelt stone r now looking for democratic way to express their voice. We need to ingrain democracy in people of J&K.
Abrogation of A-370 is the best thing that has happened to J&K. If people of J&K want peace it is well in their hands to have it. What happened to Kashmiri Hindus should be rectified and they need to be resettled in the state. Muslim community in J&K must come forward and apologise for what the crimes they committed.
For your kind information they are not the people of kashmir who according to you killed hindus etc,, but they where invaders from pak etc.. We people always support hindus here,..7 lacs army personal were here... Who allowed them to enter here.... One more thing after Abbrogation of 376 all our resources are being taken away by others state so called contactors..all govt. Top position are being provided for other states.. If u are calling this development, then I don't know what you are studying... Rest we are all under one nation.... But there is discrimination with kashmiri people...

The Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir, 1956
We, the people of the State of Jammu and Kashmir, having solemnly resolved, in pursuance of accession of this State to India which took place on the twenty-sixth day of October, 1947, to further define the existing relationship of the State with the Union of India as an integral part thereof, and to secure to ourselves. Plebiscite was demanded by India, not Pakistan. Plebiscite was not possible because Pakistan did not carry out the first steps of Plebiscite. Afterwards the J & K Assembly declared that J&K was an integral part of India.
