That only makes your community look like assholes.
@@JOfJaZ I normally don't talk bad about a game I don't like but there's a reason I don't particularly care for MVC2 and it all started with three little words: Hyper. Viper. Beam. The narrow competitive field of about a dozen characters out of almost 60, combined with the sheer zoning power and infinite combo potential of that narrow field just completely killed that game for me. I haven't gone and watched literally every tournament matchup but all the ones i've seen seem to have the same damn picks all the time. Sentinel, Magneto, Storm, maybe Psylocke for an assist, Ironman, and of course, Cable. Talk about "the meta" all you want but I got SICK of seeing those toons. Kakashi PLAYZ well they added a sixth fucking Goku what’s there to b excited about. Sure we got Kefla but still we can now have two teams worth of Gokus.
Trey Drake I’m also feeling jet lag from that game in general. Nothing excites me anymore. And anytime I get the feeling to play it, I’m immediately reminded of the horrendous online that does everything in it’s power to keep you from enjoying the game. That game is an exercise in frustration. Furthermore, I now get to have the team I always wanted (Kefla/Broly/Broly) and yet my interest is still at an all-time low. It’s unfortunate, really. P.S. Anybody that tries to explain there being multiple Goku’s in the game is really jumping through hoops. There could’ve just been a single Goku (base Goku) that gets to perform every transformation, gradually gaining in power, speed, or what have you, until he reaches Ultra Instinct or something and caps out. It’s the game’s “dumb everything down” design philosophy that forces there to be multiple versions of the same character (to simplify things) when there could’ve just been one and all those other slots could’ve been used for other, more requested characters. And about the whole “but they play differently,” argument: in my opinion, not really. Every Goku and every Vegeta for the most part has an identical game-plan. ArcSys really tried to make them feel different but in a game where the design philosophy forces most of the roster to be homogenized to the point that you can’t tell two Bardock players apart from each other, that endeavor is pointless. I only hope that the sequel to that game gets rollback netcode and really tries shaking up the core gameplay. Sorry for the wall of text, this is where it ends. You are all free now.

Hey Maximilian Dood, I'm planning to get this game. I heard you mentioned that the Windows 10 version is better than the xbox one. Can u explain a bit why? Thanks in advance P.S love your vids bro 👊
Basically the game follows a light, medium, heavy strength format. Lights being moves that hit quickly but with little damage output, mediums that are average in speed and damage, and heavies that hit slow but hard. When being combo'd, you have to predict which string the opponent is using and break it by inputting the same strength of attack as they do (i.e. If you're being hit by a heavy attack, you hit heavy to counter attack). Some of this can be read depending on the pattern of attack. Guessing should be avoided because if you guess wrong, you'll get locked out (indicated by the "X" icon highlighted over your character). During a lockout, you are unable to perform any counter attacks for a short period of time, which means the opponent can freely use hard hitting attacks risk free. The color of the "X" informs you of why the counter didn't work, blue meaning the attack was a light, yellow meaning it was medium, red meaning heavies, and gray meaning you missed the timing. Additionally, if your combos are consistently being broken by the opponent, you have the ability to counter their counter, but it comes with the risk of dropping your combo. Doing this immobilizes you for a brief moment. If the opponent tries any counter attack (right or wrong), you'll stop their reversal and be rewarded with resetting your combo meter and locking out the opponent for an increased duration. If they don't try to counter, then your character will be left open to attack, losing out on the draw. Hope this helps.
