I like the Vicup, I used to visit my cousins on their farm as a teenager and they use to cut up old cars like that and drive them around the fields.

Yea, I guess you don't need a windshield in the Fiat, being center steering makes it an altered so not required. A good name would be "Half Pint" but if you don't have decals I guess it wouldn't work.
