@@MadDad.Z traditional poly was not about having multiple sexual partners. The man had to be able to financially care for every woman in the dynamic. Poly was about community/tribe building. So if children were involved, they also had to be taken care of. Also, poly requires HONESTY. There wasn’t no sneaking between women and half truth telling. Everyone involved had to consent. Also the women were in a sisterhood as well. Women were not competing, they worked together towards the overall goal of their home.

People say women can't have more than one man but that polygamy started after patriarchal rulership, most of the wives were to be taken care of not for intercourse especially post war, now we have allowed ourselves to think that polygamy is indigenous to men, wrong during matriarchal societies women had more than one husband and after gender wars now the roles have changed and we accepted this concept, in my opinion it's highly unsanitary physically
And polygamy should stay indigenous to men in todays world. Really because men are required to have a certain amount of power to have access to it which only 1% is capable of. Women wishing to indulge in it either have romantic issues or simply want to indulge in the sexual liberation women have been given. There is no business to get done or higher purpose to work towards in this age as it was back then to justify our women to be servicing multiple men.

- Practicing polygamy today is illegal. If it would be legal many men would go towards that.
- Women would be psychological more open to polygamy/change their mind to this certain lifestyle/relationship, if it would be legal in the society. -> Comparison to Gay-Marriage (it became legal now people accepting this form of merger)
- The qualifications of having multiple women should be questioned. Everybody is capable of having several Baby-Mothers, therefore many children. - Marriage should be a Rational-Conquest Not a Love-Conquest.

Where we are coming from „The Kings“ were/are allowed having several women. Not only to secure the royal descendants or demonstrating their power.
It was also some sort of security for the womenfolk. The women have a certain status and they are untouched. Even today the direct lineage (women) have to be treated in a respectful way. And if the woman of the royal bloodline was/is able to keep their „honor“ this is a sign of good fortune. 😊
