Too lazy to answer the Questions.... the cable equivalent is the Heil AD-1-IC this allows for eletret elements requiring voltages to pass through (no blocking capacitor in line) this cable also provides for 1/4” ptt Jack and the mic input is a 3.5mm. Therefor the cable from the mic would be a xlr to 3.5mm. If your mic is an Xlr to xlr there is an equivalent Heil or equivalent adapter cable as well.

Hey Mike,
What adapter did you use to connect it to the 7300?
Brand & model #?
Thanks 👍
I purchased a adaptor cable from ebay, similar to what Heil would sell.
You don't use the 48V power supply, right? You go directly to the radio with the Mike and adapter cable?
I wish you had answered the questions.
What's the wiring diagram ?
Mike, what was the model adapter cable that you used for the Toner Mic? thanks!
I ordered it on eBay, customer made it. I don't think it had a model number.
