Thanks Peggy, I'll peg your words up on the line in the light. Th Bible is bigger and deeper than what first meets the eye or sense. One example is, how children come strengthened and further developed out of children's illnesses than they were before. Measles, Scarlet fever, Vattkoppor, Whoopping Cough, Röda Hund, if I got some English names right. Many things true aren't in the Bible; The World view according to Copernicus f ex. and reincarnation suggested through Lazarus-John.

What about in the book of Job,is not God allow what happen in Job life. Include sickness and lost of his children? Anyone can share thoughts on these.
Hi Chris. Have you read God’s reply to Job and his “comforters? It begins in chapter 38, please read to the end of the book, I think it will help you. What was the final outcome of Job? What did Job do to bring this about?
If we need to recognize physical, eg looking on the type in shadow snake why not look on a crucifix?
But Job's sufferings wasn't because of his sin's, there's a fact in the Bible John 9:1 to 3 where Jesus answered his disciples that the blindness of the man wasn't because of his sin nor his parent's

because Job was righteous in his own eyes. Prideful is the worst sin.
If we think or believe we are wise that means we committed the prideful sin.
If you look at the end of Job he repents so the sin of pride was operating
Sin is a fallen nature - but we were redeemed!
There is sin as in the sin we commit as individuals and then there is the sin nature which we are all born of because Adam and Eve loosed sin in the world.
Jesus redeemed us from the curse of sin and death. Focus on Jesus and the apostles til you renew your mind to healing Jesus provided by the stripes He bore for us. We were healed by His stripes. Learn your inheritance in the new covenant of Jesus. Worry about Job after you receive healing. Did you know that Job was fearing everything that happened before any of it happened?

I love this sermon and I always thought this to be true for years! The only question I have is the book of Job where God allowed the enemy to strike him with bad things to happen to him including sickness to test his faith ?
Job did not understand (Job 42:3) and had no knowledge of the devil, that he was “god of this world’ (2 Cor. 4:4) .
Job assumed his troubles came from God. He did not have Holy Spirit to help him sort this out.
He had no spiritual weapons to fight with like we do. He lived in fear (Job 3:25) which opened the door for the devil to mess with him. Job did not have an intercessor like we do.
The devil had full access to Job. It looks like God was giving him permission, but James 1:13 says God does not tempt or test any man. It was the devil doing all the destroying on his own
Jesus is the exact representation of God.
Jesus came to give life, not destroy it.
The devil came to destroy and steal whatever he can.
We live under the new covenant. Satan is defeated. We are to resist him. Satan no longer has access to God to accuse us.
You will read what Job feared came upon him. Also read where Job and his friends had to repent where they thought wrongfully of God.
My mom was battling cancer and she said if God chooses to heal her He will but she referenced the story of Paul’s thorn in the flesh where he did not remove it.
2 Corinthians 12:7 Therefore, so that I would not become arrogant, a thorn in the flesh was given to me, a messenger of Satan to trouble me-so that I would not become arrogant. 8 I asked the Lord three times about this, that it would depart from me. 9 But he said to me, “My grace is enough for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” So then, I will boast most gladly about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may reside in me. 10 Therefore I am content with weaknesses, with insults, with troubles, with persecutions and difficulties for the sake of Christ, for whenever I am weak, then I am strong.
I was angry that my mom was so happy to leave me. But, here I am battling depression and I understand why some people feel passing away is a blessing.

God allowed Job to go through what he did!
Jesus died on the cross to keep us from going through what Job went through.
I still have Part 3 to listen to But what I still don't understand is if If god wants to heal everybody Then why do I do born again believers still die from a sickness or a disease?
We don’t believe like we should anymore nor see sickness rightfully. So many see it as God allowing or we have wrong doctrine. It is renewing our minds and it takes a bit.
Watch her testimony on deliverance .. make up your mind to believe God's word over everything else. And second, there is no others in God's word. Take your eyes off the others, if in doubt, look at Jesus. If he didn't do it, it's not God's way. Because the devil will keep you stuck looking at others you don't know the full story of other people just look to Jesus. I hope this helps
We ask, then believe and then we receive. Many are carnal and trust their symptoms more than they trust the Word. They trust their doctors more than their Heavenly Father. Find His promises for health and healing and speak them outloud. Believe. God loves you. God is our Healer. HE is the same yesterday today and forever amen.
Command sickness to leave your body and go to the abyss forever in Jesus mighty Name. Speak Life. Be healed now in Jesus Name Amen.

What about Job? God permitted Satan to afflict Job. Isn't that the permissive will of God? Peggy can you please elaborate this?
Why wasn't Paul healed inspite of asking three times? God said, "My Grace is sufficient to you."
The book of Job shouldn’t reveal God’s character to us. Only Jesus came to fully reveal the Father.
And if you read the context of Paul’s thorn in the flesh no where does it say that it was a sickness plaguing him. Ask the Holy Spirit to show you what it was as you read the chapter around that verse.
In Jesus ministry on the earth there was never a sick person that came to Him he did not heal. He healed and delivered everyone that came to Him.

As per John's gospel, the Father and the son are one. Jesus said if the disciples had seen Him, they had seen the Father.
So you can't say that what God had done in the Old Testament days doesn't reveal His character. I don't believe in that.

Sometimes you have to fight what the enemy is doing your life to fully receive God’s gifts.
I watched part one last night, took copious notes knowing already I need to retrain my brain. This morning I awoke to thinking about Paul and how Abba left him with a "thorn in his side". WHY????
Can someone help me figure this out because if God has given us victory over infirmity through His Son Jesus WHY did Paul continue to suffer even after His supernatural divine encounter with Jesus?

So what about when Job went before God and God gave satan permission to touch jobs body? And what about psalm 88? Or when Paul begged for healing of some sort and it never came? I am interested in what you have to say but all the pieces aren’t fitting together in my mind. What about when David’s child died as a result of his sin?
Paul’s thorn in the flesh was people. Not sickness.
And Job said what he feared came upon him.
Also his friends had to repent and he had to repent for thinking the Lord was against him.
We don't know what Paul 's thorn was...the Bible doesn't say what it was. People speculate but the Bible calls it a thorn

I appreciated the lesson but I was a little confused on some of the scriptures how they related to what you were saying. I think it would have been more helpful if you typed out the scriptures on the screen. Also, there's no Galatians 50 in my Bible.

What does type & shadow mean?
It refers to old testament examples of Jesus. So for example when Abraham was asked to sacrifice his son, God sent the ram. The ram is a type and shadow of Jesus coming to take our place, it's a type and shadow of God who provides. Hope this helps. God bless
