Just a quick note that the submission was an invoice, not an estimate, as you said Annissa. Copy the insured. And then ask if there is anything they need from you to facilitate the payment for your completed services. Just in case they need something. It becomes a reminder, and the copying to the insured let's them know someone else is watching the timeline. When I do this with rugs, I generally also send a before/after of the work, just to show them how we saved the item. You could possible include a few before/after photos to stress the professionalism of the expertise. Again, great topic. :)
