Great video! I have a mju II zoom 70 which I reviewed recently and came to similar conclusions. The lenses are very good (if prone to flare) and the cameras are easy to carry and use - but the prices are crazy!
Yeah, tough to justify those prices. Really, they’re sorted of special treasures if you happen to find a great deal, but otherwise I’d look at more affordable models
I have two mju2 camera's one black and one champagne colour. Both have light leak problems round the lens which I don't think can be repaired . I embrace the leak problems and the photos are still very good. If you know of a repair for this problem I'd be glad to hear of it.
I think leaks are awesome! I’m not certain of a way to repair it, but I’ll look into it and see what I can find. I know light leaks can be a fairly common problem with these cameras. Update: here are some options I've found for fixing a light leak around the lens. Do at your own risk and as always, your mileage may vary. I have not test these solutions! www.reddit.com/r/AnalogCommunity/comments/jcf4y5/guide_how_to_fix_light_leaks_in_the_olympus/ ua-cam.com/video/4YARQ8X9oNI/v-deo.html
You’re absolutely right about the flair, and it seems to be fairly common on point and shoots shooting toward a just off angle sun or strong light source. Definitely distracting and something to be aware of.
My audio cut out for some reason at 5:29 - imagine me saying "How it performs!"
Excellent photos, such a unique subject matter, worked really well.👍
Thanks so much! It was a lot of fun to shoot
OMG BRIAN!! Your freaking shirt...with the Queen reference...I'm dead😂🤣☠️
It’s one of my favorites! Glad someone caught it 🤣
Looking forward to seeing this channel blow up, absolutely love the content so far!
Thank you! That’s very kind, and I’m glad you’re enjoying it. Much more in the works!
Yeah, me too. Watched all three videos so far and for me it's three out of three! All hits. Can't wait for more. Thanks Brian. 🙏
Good video Brian!
Thank you for watching!

I remember having one of these back in the day... why did I get rid of it?!
These are selling for crazy dollars here in Australia.
Neat review mate!
I can't believe some of the prices I've seen for them lately! Think I'll keep hanging on to mine, though.
The sharpness is amazing, though the flare is very distracting in the middle.
