It is generally difficult to measure the quality of thick film integrated blocks with a multimeter. Damage to the power amplifier IC is usually caused by breakdown of the final push-pull transistor. You can use a multimeter to measure the resistance value between the output terminal and the power supply terminal to roughly determine whether it is damaged. If the resistance is found to be very small, it is basically broken.

The circuit is basically the same, but cannot be directly replaced. Note two points: 1. The pin definitions are different. 2.433-070 has a -pre pin.
