Just thought of something ;-) i'll bet that the candles were not only for light but it was also to give a shadow of the ARC so they could see it without seeing it ;-) they would see the outline of the Arc and probably the Angels too ;-) that's why they knew it was supernatural instead of just a box ;-) Love your work Brother Rood :-) imagine seeing the shadows of the Cherubim WOOOOOO that would change my mine real fast lol
