So this IS a recent performance! She looks very skinny even compared to earlier years, but she might not have gained all of her strength and control back. Yet, her musicality and port de bras is splendid as usual. Maybe this wasn't one of her best days either.

Now one year later, and Aurelie is still far too skinny, as you put it. It seems she has over done it after the birth of little Georges. I know when she was younger some people at the Opera made it difficult for her, commenting on her weight. But I much preferred her physique when she was not so very thin, with curves and a good figure that was just right. Ballerina's sometimes get very thin as they get older, but as my favourite dancer she was perfect.
