The 2013 National Puerto Rican Day Parade is the 56th annual event held in New York City and the 18th event as a National Organization.

LOL I already have asked that to many ricans. I'm suppose to be sacred, I'd tell it to your face. Ain't nobody hating. I'm just curious why the celebration. Puerto Rico get's aid($) from the U.S other than that I don't see what there is to be proud of.
