In Ireland, our second channel, RTE 2 was relaunched at Network 2 in October 1988 and was renamed RTE Two around 2004. I didn’t know New Zealand’s second channel was also called Network Two for a time.
The merging number 2s was similar to the bbc2 intro many years ago. I did like the ones for the 1993/94 they were the ones that I had when I was out there.
