Sawadee Ricky, all I can do is offer my sincere condolences and sympathy for your loss. I too lost my Thai wife of 35 years last year to complications from COVID. NOTHING prepares us for this kind of tragedy. Although the initial pain has subsided somewhat, I still have those days...you'll know what I mean. But we learn to cope and adapt. You are fortunate that you'll have family and her/your Thai friends which is a MUST. With the job of raising your 2 lovely children, you'll be preoccupied and this will help keep your mind busy. We all handle grief and tragedy differently but don't let this overwhelm you. Find the time to be alone, cry, and swear or do whatever you can do to let your feelings out. God bless and best of luck krap.

I have had malaria in the army when I was stationed in Kenya and it was horrendous but to die from dengue fever at a young age I can't imagine what you are going through.

Both malaria and Dengue can kill if left untreated or if they hit people who are vulnerable.

My brother lost his wife at 26. He was a single father with a toddler. It's super hard. Keep her honor by being a decent father for the children.

@@ItsMeYourfavorite7 She had skin cancer. It had spread to her brain and bones when they found out. And it was about 25 years ago now, so maybe they didn't have as good of testing etc.

This is so sad and my condolences to you. The one thing I question is why you would refer to your wife as "The body" in her refrigerated casket? Why not my "wife's body" or "her body" or "Eid's body".....I guess if I lose someone close to me I wouldn't be able to refer them to as a "The". Shocked or not, no one close to me would be a "The". Regardless of my questioning; I feel for the twins & you❤
