Sir, is ifft responsible for the introduction of cyclic prefix to the signal...? Then why we want to use another block called addition of cyclic prefix?
Ifft does not include CP on its own. You have to deliberately add CP at the end of your sample that leads to circular convolution property that inherently leads to parallelizing the channel coeffs in Freq domain
Sir plz also upload videos on Zero forcing and LMS Algorithms , RAKE Receiver , Maximum Ratio Combining , Equalization and Diversity , working principle of adaptive equalizer , MIMO systems , spatial multiplexing , Channel State Information , Beamforming , etc. soon. After some days I have exam.

In case of multiple carrier, the total symbol time comes out to be 102us where as in case of single carrier is 3us.
Isn't it a disadvantage
No it's not, generally we want the symbol time to be larger than the delay spread of the channel. So longer symbols are more resistant to inter symbol interference due to delay spread compared to smaller symbol duration. Also, keep in mind that there is a tradeoff of using smaller sub carriers in Freq domain which is stretching of symbols in time domain

Multiplication with carrier is done before or after ifft
If you mean carrier Freq, it is done after addition of cyclic prefix.
in 19 min part of the video, i can see you are converting information from frequency domain to time domain and sending it over the medium? for fdm shouldnt the information be in freq domain before it gets multiplexed and sent to travel ?
It is freq domain but it will be continuous-time signal not the discrete
subcarriers do overlap 9:30 when you see in the figure, how come u say non-overlapping? can you please explain it..
Overlapping only happens when peak of one sub carrier interferes with peak of another, please check the figure again, never does the peak of one sub carrier overlaps with peak of another.
Delay spread explanation was a bit flawed. We have to understand that delay spread is channel's property to spread the symbol. That means if symbol duration is smaller than dealy spread then chances of that symbol overlapping with another symbol is very high, so symbol time must be greater than delay spread. Efficiency angle was not what we look for as interviewers please note.
