My grandmother worked there and used to send my grandfather tins of milk while he was fighting in Flanders’s, one time as a surprise she sent a couple of tins filled with his favourite drink, Irish whiskey, he did not know the tins contained whiskey and he gave away his tins to two of his comrades…
