Gotta comment one more since im early. Dont know what crack they were taking when they decided to change the music for her. Layer 1 lost its character, layer 3 lost the menacing piano sound and layer 4 is just. Well i said it but it sounds grab in-game. Petition that they change this back to the ptb version asap. Layer 1 is like Blight's, mysterious and creepy at the same time, Layer 2 is just the beginning of the end, Layer 3 tells your tale ends here and Layer 4 new sound feels like you gonna be a meatbag for killer's thirst of blood, while dying slowly and painfully. But they can bring back the old accordion part, but it wont fix the fact that they just straight up took out most of the instruments and left the least interesting parts of the original. Funny thing tho. I liked some of the older versions of the ghostface chase theme when everyone else hated it and absolutely loved the new one. I do however don't care for the stripped down first layer and some of the bass removal to the layers after. I like the chase music. It feels like one of the default chase music parts was put in there. Layer 1 getting changed is a bit sad, but they can always revert it.
Changes that were made to this theme: - The first layer has been changed to a simple synth bass instead of a violin that complements it. - Trumpets that were on the third layer have been added to the second layer. - The accordion from the chase layer has been sped up.
I might be the only one that likes this version more. The accordion sound they used in the PTB version sounded too much like Doc's theme. Glad they removed it. I will say though, layer 1 did get worse and the removal of some of the bass in the layers after is a bit lame. The accordion removal, I'm completely ok with it. The violin is still the highlight of this track and I'll always like it for that reason.

This is and isn’t an improvement. PTB’s chase sounded WAAAAY too similar to The Doctor’s imo. This has a little more individuality, however at the cost of personality in altering the accordion part.
Personal Opinion: They honestly made the Layer 4 better with the frantic, nerve wracking, and more accented accordion hits (the accordion is still there guys, I see the comments 😂), but then Layer 1 lost its atmospheric appeal with the removal of some of the violin and pad sounds. All they need to do really is revert Layer 1 to the PTB version. Live isn’t as bad people aren’t saying it is, but I do really miss PTB Layer One.

Layer 2 is better IMO as I felt the ambiance from layer 1 was too distracting, but the rest is a major downgrade, especially layer 4.
The accordion in the chase music (PTB) literally MADE this whole chase music. Why did they remove it????
