How to wire and control a floating actuator on a JCI VAV controller

What if I'm using CGM09090 will still be same wiring and same program? But cgm09090 output external not internal?

The CGM controllers don’t have internal power so you would be able to jump “common” to you outputs.

If black is common, why hook it up to hot on the cvm? I thought it should be hooked up to BO-C.
