The memory i have about listening to this song is being in Amsterdam walking the streets.. i was listening to the skit sorrow had put on his soundcloud at the time but this is amazing been out for years and still its better every time i listen to it!

I think the only thing that all people agree in world is that Future Garage is beautiful, you can don't like it, but you can't say that isn't beautiful... Total immersion into all details, all chords, all vocals... all frequencies.
Sorrow is a fucking masterclass, best garage artist I know of. Not that big a fan of his grime unfortunately but he compensates with plenty of phenomenal work along the lines of this, excellent track. Also the B-side to this (Iscariot) is even better. I did say I prefer his garage over his grime but this tune is the best grime work I've heard from him, just fantastic
he is indeed a master of this art and i do appreciate his annual projects with culprate, koan sound and Asa. However this tune is not even pure grime, maybe thats why you prefer it to his other grime works. Anyways my favorite of his is "Mourner"...whats yours?/

Someone could discuss with me the fact that this is not dubstep, but i guess are definitions might be different, seeing as I see dubstep as a genre being derived by a twostep influenced beat, mostly recognizable in works of burial and other might relate dubstep more to what skrillex has done. Never really understood the line between dubstep and future garage. Fairly thin.
Ex0rz future garage is more subtle and calm.
Typically a 2-step drum beat (can also have a dubstep drum beat), swung hi-hats, vocal chops, pads, detuned / filtered subbass and ambient recordings.
