Instead of speed controller you can just use small and big cogwheels to change their speed (big next to small, power big, place big on the small and connected another small, repeat), though that takes up a lot more space than the controller
upgrade the airship with a mini-runway on top(upgrade the biplane with the better landing gear for faster takeoffs) more engines, more shuttles a coal farm(if create things work on it while assembled
and also some create big cannons autocannons if they work(if not use anything that can defend this floating city(its that large(also one day make one so large you can fit the entire main city area on it)
umm you CAN upgrade your airship up to a cargo airship; it takes a ton more fuel but it has 3 chests worth of storage; then again to a warship that can atomize enemies from the sky in safety, via weapons ranging from fully traversable rotary gattling turrets and heavy crossbows to tnt bombers(from my testing they dont need ammo once crafted) it also has a second seat
Its been a lot of time but i would like to tell you that with the create Wrench, you can shift + rght click and you instantly pick up the create mods and some vanilla redstone and funnels, so you dont waste your pickaxe, also you can craft a belt to wear and you can have multiple tools in one single slot

@doublesal you should have put a small gear instead of just using the medium gears the big gears on to small one makes it faster so if you ever check this just know you can abuse the gears and how the rpm is, so you didn't need to have a speed controller

3:24:30 Pro tip: if you want to get any planks dont throw them at mechanical saw, just try throwing them at stonecutter and it will make it very fast
