I grew up with the original game on Saturn, getting hold of it the week of its release, and still love it to this day. Recently managed to finish it with all items and secrets etc for the first time. It's awesome seeing it in a modernised version, even if bits have changed from the original story. I still have to say I prefer the old version though, hand on heart.

No idea why you skipped certain parts of some moments, they were great, especially when Lara wasn't talking much throughout the game, each and every moment of some talking was awesome to hear.
Hmm, kinda weird watching the final scene of the video while keeping in mind that it is retconned so that this was in fact not her first kill after all, and that she has already killed dozens of people. It could work as a flashback, or as first time she kills someone she actually knows as such, but still..and they have said in interviews that the previus games are still valid.
Totally agree. Whilst I did enjoy this revamped version, the original still comes across as the more atmospheric and intense game. That's always the problem with remakes!
