lol I actually hate feminist and feminism but I really fucking hate all these slutty mods that overflow the mod community. The people that make/use them are fucking loser neckbeards who need some pussy that's not pixlated imo
I have to say it, I just downloaded it for the FIRST time yesterday... Can't believe I always skip it cause I thought it was silly. I was clearly a fool back then. The map mod is seriously way better than Vanilla.
immersive citizens - ai overhaul immersive fallen trees easy wheel menu cutting room floor the notice board the choice is yours - fewer forced quests real wildlife skyrim + skytest mortal enemies moreHUD animations run, sprint and jump Felt like these mods deserved a shout-out as well, they go great with Requiem!
DotaHelm IFPV is better in a lot of ways, it actually puts a camera on your third person body, at the same time it causes a lot of z-fighting but apparently Bethesda fixed that in SE
I came to this video expecting just expecting giving very breif explanations on the mods and made as fast as possible just for ad revenue, but nothing that I just mentioned were a part of this video. Keep up the good work!
One of the best mods out there, to be honest. I fight them so infrequently that I forget I have it sometimes, and then hit a mudcrab that pinched me... "GOD FUCKING DAMMIT, SHIT"
You forgot to add a couple of Great Mods, besides some are non essential to diversity and just cosmetic (like wet & cold): A quality world Map, improves map to be more usefully and easier to read. Arcane Cleanser; Disenchant any item you self enchanted! Awesome for rare daedric item! Apocalypse - Magic of skyrim; adds tons of new awesome spells! Bandoliers -Bags and Pouches; adds more equip items to increase carry weight! essential to clean items from dungeons Cloaks of Skyrim ; Goes great with Forstfall! Civil War Overhaul! Also great, but kind of script heavy, and some battles tend to crash a lot of games, hope it will soon work with new Skyrim Remastered. Combat Caster; makes magic regenerate at a rate you can actually play a full mage, if u invest at magic points. Complete craft overhaul. Craftable Soul gens, upgrade useless smaller gems into bigger ones. DEADLY DRAGONS!!! This makes Dragons the Beasts they should have always be, u can no longer kill that 1 main story dragon on legendary level with a dagger and no protection from magic/fire... because u now die in seconds as you should! Death Alternative! Makes deaths to be a new game mechanic that makes more sense ! Disparity_ Player Character Class Extensible Follower Framework, way better then followers overhaul that u mention. Farmers sell Produce, more depth to game by interaction with those npc´s, theres one for mines but its currently not supported to work with ultimate skyrim version ;( FCResurrect; allows players to revive dead NPC or Followers back to live without using console commands! Glowing Ore Veins, Because i hate to look for rocks with a magnifying lens, since now you can actually tell where are the ore veins, Hotkeys++, adds tons more hotkeys, so u dont have to constantly pause game to open favorites and select a different spell or weapon, and break immersion and flow of action. Immersive College Winterhold, this is another Major essential mod that makes college way more complete! Immersive Hold Borders, another awesome mod! Leather Backpack, add a considerable backpack to carry more dungeon loot, and bring it out to put it on the horse, so you can carry it to sell at stores! Left Hand Rings, because why the hell you can only carry a ring in right hand... long Lost smelters of Skyrim, corrects the lack of smelters the vanilla game have, at Riften, at Morthal and some other major citys.. Loot and Degradation, also awesome for immersion, because why the hell equipment dont degrade with so many uses... .... Ordinator- Perks of Skyrim; way more easier to install then requiem and does the effect to change the game perks system of vanilla game effectively. Passive Weapon Enchanter, because it makes sense to a powerful enchanters to be able to recharge his weapons and staffs, without the constant use of soul gems, i like to disable during combat, and only need to recharge stuff in long fights. Potion combiner, removes the need to carry and drink 100 small health potions...just combine in bigger ones! Realistic Ragdolls and Force, because vanilla ragdolls are pathetic... Revenge of the enemies 2016; makes you consider every fight very carefully Run for your lives; makes pathetic low lvl NPC´s that just have 1 dagger run and hide from Dragons! as they should! Staff Enchanter Overhaul; again to who likes to play Mages and craft staffs, also goes great with Ordinator mod! Static Mesh Overhaul, not sure if Remastered version is now better then this mod... Unique Border Gates, more immersion! Violent Alduin, combined with Deadly dragons, u can not defeat him unless u have 100% resist or + to all magic (he now debuffs resists and armor) and maxed skills, and even so you will die! makes him the BADDEST Mob ingame! Lets faced he is the the world eater! Wildcat- Combat of Skyrim; there are also other mods that try to adress this lack of combat depth. Worlds Dawn - Enchanted Loot and RPG atributes, works great with loot and degradation mod, beware you can now find mobs with paralyze weapons, since early levels, that get you stun lock until you die!!! HAHA And if you go with a vampire play, then there are a couple of other essential mods to add to this list! Pumping Iron is also a great immersion mod for fighters!
Also i cant play Skyrim anymore without the uncapper, and tweak file i edited, because it makes no sense to add just 1 perk at lvl 90 as u do at lvl 10, or 10 more magic/health...(last Bone Dragon i fight had 65000 health, it took me almost 1hour to kill it!) this way it removes the need to master all skills to lvl 100 just to max player level at 81... simple keep leveling the important trees the players uses. Also it combines great with Ordinator massive perk trees it haves!
elknightrider666 This comment was AS INFORMATIVE as the video. THANK YOU - from someone who has not used ANY MODS YET and is looking for the most lore sensitive and realistic immersion experience. My hat is off to you. "I can't recommend this comment enough" lol
Inigo for me, travelling through Skyrim without my blue khajit friend just feels empty. I just cannot start playing the Special Edition until Gary has it ported. :)
Good to see a shout out to "Unbound". I've been using that for a long time, but only seem to see people talking about "Another life". I was beginning to think Unbound was out of date/favour.
Hey! I thought I'd take a minute and send a proper thank you for the time and effort you've put in making these mod compilation and highlight videos. I just yesterday dusted off Skyrim, haven't played it since release (the first one! Gasp!) but I wanted some variation from Fallout and back in the day I didn't know of mods, so I have quite the selection now. 😏 I remember enjoying Skyrim but not to the extent that I continued playing after the main quest. It fell a bit flat for me, especially the characters felt one dimensional and I sort fell out of love after the first 300 hours. With the help of your excellent videos though I've most certainly fallen back in love with the game! Since there's SO MUCH to choose from they have been a great help in narrowing down the selection for a new startup, and I'm customising my new playtrough to be exactly what I want. Frostfall, Wet and Cold, iNeed and that one with the remade clothes, I can't remember what it's called now dammit, went straight to the top of my list in an instant. We seem to appreciate much of the same things in our games, so I'm very happy to have found your channel! Hope you have a lovely Christmas holiday and an even better new year. See you around! 😁
I loved this video, almost all the mods I bookmarked for when I decide to play it again. Thanks it would have sucked missing any of these :) P.s. you forgot to put the link for Enhanced Camera
honestly, this is an A+ list of mods. i haven't played skyrim since i did an everyquest playthru back in highschool when it first came out, and i didn't play with mods cause they were still being developed. but i recently reinstalled skyrim just last night because this video did exactly what i was looking for. compiled all the best quality mods that completely change the skyrim experience, while still also feeling almost like they should have already been in the game. thank u for ur curation and dedication to the scene. great video.
Im happy skyrim is alive and well, I just started playing it, or lol that is a lie, spent 5+ hours on installing mods but WILL start play it soon too :D
Year old comment but I know people still check these videos out so I want to say: Beware of OBIS. It has been known to screw up your game. Go to the mod’s “posts” page for details
you're my favorite for skyrim mods. your werewolf video was awesome. i'm def gonna try for most, if not all, of the ones you mentioned here. keep up the great work
Interesting NPCs also has some epic music tucked away in there. The bard that sings Dusk on Anvil Harbor is excellent. That alone made that mod a must have, let alone all the other tons of awesome folks it ads in.
I really wish there was a strong "Social" overhaul for Skyrim. Stuff to add more use to the Speechcraft tree, and make the game feel more narrative and "Social" (As far as interacting with npcs and directing the narrative of the world in different ways).
this is a very good list. I have started play the game again and kinda feel lost. you explained the features of all those mods very clearly. this video is really helpful. Since I play survival games like The Long Dark, The Forest etc. these survival mods seem a fantastic addition to the game. thank you. please post more videos for other mods you consider worth playing.
I subbed the second I heard your voice. SO many youtubers sound so insincere or fake it’s ridiculous so it’s a breath of fresh air for someone to sound like they aren’t doing a bit. Also the video is top notch
Nice video! I've been playing Skyrim since release and modding almost as long. But you still managed to suggest few great mods I haven't tried yet. Good job! :)
While I admit that SkyUI is surely very useful, I simply dont get the hate for the vanilla inventory. Sure, it ist not really comfortable, but its certainly is not a nightmare. I am as quickt to find an item in the vanilla inventory as I am able with the SkyUI...
I decided to brush the dust of my skyrim copy today and spent the whole day digging trough nexus mods... I'm gonna try the setup with most the mods of this video. Well done.
Enhanced UI, remove crosshairs + scoped bows mod is a good combination. Love the realism mods, and followers like Chinook the bear. You rescue him & raise him from a cub to a killing machine.
Very nice list. The only things I would definitely add to this in order to make a truly "Skyrim redux" are -SMIM and USLEEP -Footprints -Enhanced Blood -A Quality World Map -Cloaks of Skyrim -Wearable Lanterns -Immersive Spells (spells emit light) -any mod to overhaul those god awful children -3PCO (3rd person camera overhaul) -TK Dodge -Racial Body Morphs (highly underrated mod that goes beyond just adjusting size for different races), or "Height Adjusted Races with True Giants" -Real Water Two Some of these are seen in the video yet not mentioned, but these all cover aspects that aren't touched on in the video's list. Along with these, just need some visual overhauls/texture replacements and should be good to go.
Nice to see good videos spotlighting nice mods beyond jiggly butts and silly exposing armors for a change. I'll test them right a way! Thanks for the tips.
As someone who is a big Skyrim fan, but has been on a long break, I find this incredibly helpful. Seriously hope all of these get ported across to Skyrim SE. Thnx for this very informative video :)
Nice work. I really don't have a problem with the way this game looks but I wanted to see what other things people have modded; this list definitely has a few things I should add for my current playthrough and others I should add for future playthroughs.
I really like 'living takes time' - it's fully customizable (if that's a word) and one of the best things is that reading levels up your speech based on the amount of time you spend reading both providing an incentive to read books and also making a bard/scholar/non violent character much more viable.
Great video! Only one suggestion/comment if that's ok? I love long and short compilation lists of mods, short is nice when you need the essentials. However when you make a long video, like yours, you go into detail, and explain which *IS AMAZING*. I would suggest for people like me, if you could time stamp in the comments, each mod, as it is hard to skip around and might miss something? Anyway amazing video!
A very good list and personal favorites for me as well...Immersive music, armors and weapons, true storms, Hunterborn, Climates of tamriel, Archery gameplay, Enchanced bloodtextures, Realistic nights are some honorable mentions as well and offcource many many more :D
Interesting NPCs is, by far, the best collection of quests and companions I've seen for any game. By itself it almost entirely changes your Skyrim experience, and all for the better. :)
great video! I use all of these mods except for requiem. you have given me the last push to get it. Keep up the good work, and now that I have found your channel I will be checking Google out your other mod vids.
Hi Koubitz, I am on your channel for the first time (subscribing atm) just want to thank you for laying out a list of some of the best mods to have, it really helped me since i restarted playing TESV after a couple of years and had almost no ideia of what to download A kiss from Portugal!
Just found your channel. I must say...I'm impressed with your coverage, video and audio quality, and most importantly, your review on stuff. Subbed. :)
Nope, the Nexus is completely free. There's an option to donate to mod authors, but it's definitely not something you need to do to use the mods. Although I'm sure the creators would appreciate it if you did :)
Also, I have a question. If I had skyrim Mods from Steam Community, when I load my game from the Nexus Manager will I keep the mods from that, and vice versa to steam launching?
The_Pyromancer Probably like, 2. Steam workshop (which I use) is easy to use, click the subscribe and done. Nexus the download and then do EVERYTHING yourself, it takes hours for me and is very annoying.
Sheogorath Daederic Prince Of Madness Hours? Lmao youve never used the nexus have you? Everything is done through the manager to Install a mod literally all it takes is less than 3 clicks. Download mod, Mod gets downloaded via The Nexus Mod Manager, Now activate it. Done
I never heard about Unbound until now! I too make new characters after ~10 hours usually, playing one storyline or so each character or starting over upon death. Awesome vid!
I genuinely think Frostfall is the best gameplay overhaul mod I've ever seen. I'm ambivalent about needs and diseases survival mods but Frostfall uniquely brings the game world to life in a way that enhances exploration instead of just interrupting it. You start to think of mountains as mountains and water as water and caves as potentially dangerous places to shelter from the elements. It makes you appreciate your surroundings instead of disinterestedly speeding past; it encourages you to explore locations you find instead of making a beeline for your objective marker; and it breaks up the frankly mediocre loop of combat and looting with unique exploration challenges (like crossing the ice to get to Septimus Signus).
Just recently started watching your videos in about the last 3 hours and i really enjoy them :) Your channel is absolutely great and a definite subscription recommendation!
The Realm of Lorkaun(spelling is probably wrong) is another alternative start mid. You start in a new area, with all the standing stones, an area with different types of boons AND curses, all of which are obtainable in any combination. Different armor/weapons to find as to start with whatever you want. Lastly, a bunch of floating gemstones that teleport you to a set destination as to let you start out anywhere.
Very nice video, congrats!! Are all these mods compatible between themselves? I've just played Skyrim in PS3 up to now, so I've never played any Skyrim mods, but I know some mods often cause bugs if they're installed together with non compatible stuff, right?
Sorry if this becomes a rant :) The problem with Requiem is that the long dungeons and quests are built to be leveled. For instance, if you were doing a long dungeon, everything is made so that the enemies get tougher in their own way. Like say wolves-ice wolves-bears-sabres-snow sabres-mammoth-giant. This makes it so that the enemies are tough, but always possible to kill. So if I was in a super long barrow and then I couldn't kill the boss due to level, I'd have to go all the way back, fast travel, grind, and by the time I came back all the enemies would be back! But the progression in it does seem very appealing.
Hey Koubitz!!! You seem to have some really good tips and videos, and a love for Skyrim as some manny people have today. I would suggest reaching out to a UA-camr named Clare Siobhan to both expand your following and video variety. I would love to see you two in a video together playing some of these mods, and having Skyrim discussions.
Great tone, great content, great information. Console only gamer new to modding, here, but not new to mods. Thank you for the insights on SkyUI Requiem and Immersive Armors/Weapons. I wonder, then if Immersive Armors/Weapons is compatible with Marcos Integrated Leveled Lists? I'm fond of the changes Marcos makes but agree vanilla UNIQUES could use a retouch. Cheers.
Your video helped me in selecting mods from the thousands of cool mods out there and i was, at first, started downloading everthing that got max likes and downloads. Thank you
Your honestly a great youtuber, i havent enjoyed content so much in years on youtube until i saw a couple of videos of yours, your nicely articulate and explain everything perfectly, you definitely earned a new subsciber and i think you could get really big if you expanded your content,(even though your skyrim content is my favorite)
So happy I found your channel :) Super videos! Awesome commentary :) And so GOOD to see Skyrim mods videos that arent 99% scantily clad CGI women running around with bus-sized swords.
Thank you for including Requiem in this.. literally hard to play without it for me. Love the difficulty and like you said, the feeling of accomplishment. Now when ever I go to play another game/RPG I look to see if they have a Requiem-like mod xD
With Race Menu, I can spend 4 times longer customizing my character perfectly, just to go with a default look in the end once more.
Just so you know, there are tons of character preset mods. You can install one, then tweak it to taste, or use it as is.
With race menu, I create monsters... Monsters who should have never been created.
I can finally bring Fargoth to current gen!
I copy myself, that’s how I create a perfect human

Xiaolin Pettit da fuq are you some kind of feminazi
lol I actually hate feminist and feminism but I really fucking hate all these slutty mods that overflow the mod community. The people that make/use them are fucking loser neckbeards who need some pussy that's not pixlated imo
Xiaolin Pettit thank u
I think "A Quality World Map" is a must too.
Azrael the paper variant if your looking for realism
Azrael yesssss
Azrael
Paper world map is far superior
I cant get it to work with EzEs colored map markers so i never bothered to use it
I have to say it, I just downloaded it for the FIRST time yesterday...
Can't believe I always skip it cause I thought it was silly. I was clearly a fool back then.
The map mod is seriously way better than Vanilla.
immersive citizens - ai overhaul
immersive fallen trees
easy wheel menu
cutting room floor
the notice board
the choice is yours - fewer forced quests
real wildlife skyrim + skytest
mortal enemies
moreHUD
animations
run, sprint and jump
Felt like these mods deserved a shout-out as well, they go great with Requiem!
your welcome, it really is a great, not well known mod
Archery Gameplay Overhaul and Immersive First Person View
enhanced camera = same right? also archery gameplay overhaul incompatible with requiem ;(. nice animations though
DotaHelm IFPV is better in a lot of ways, it actually puts a camera on your third person body, at the same time it causes a lot of z-fighting but apparently Bethesda fixed that in SE
DotaHelm I'll check this ones you mentioned.
I really appreciate that you prioritised to mention the modders instead of just yourself :)
This and brodual are the best mod based channels for skyrim. Try are so upfront and to the point. Keep it up!
brodual is bae. :)
Lynix200 mxr and ultimate immersion?
dont forget Gopher
MxR
I came to this video expecting just expecting giving very breif explanations on the mods and made as fast as possible just for ad revenue, but nothing that I just mentioned were a part of this video. Keep up the good work!
Fair play, this is a very good quality video. Im surprised you only at 20k subs, i feel like i could be listening to a gamespot video.
you.....forgot swearing mudcrabs
Emcee DA.VI.D. Young lol
One of the best mods out there, to be honest. I fight them so infrequently that I forget I have it sometimes, and then hit a mudcrab that pinched me... "GOD FUCKING DAMMIT, SHIT"
That mod is Extremely funny.
The year it's 2018, I still love this one and posh mudcrabs.
Witcher 3 Music...subbed

You forgot to add a couple of Great Mods, besides some are non essential to diversity and just cosmetic (like wet & cold):
A quality world Map, improves map to be more usefully and easier to read.
Arcane Cleanser; Disenchant any item you self enchanted! Awesome for rare daedric item!
Apocalypse - Magic of skyrim; adds tons of new awesome spells!
Bandoliers -Bags and Pouches; adds more equip items to increase carry weight! essential to clean items from dungeons
Cloaks of Skyrim ; Goes great with Forstfall!
Disparity_ Player Character Class
Extensible Follower Framework, way better then followers overhaul that u mention.
Farmers sell Produce, more depth to game by interaction with those npc´s, theres one for mines but its currently not supported to work with ultimate skyrim version ;(
FCResurrect; allows players to revive dead NPC or Followers back to live without using console commands!
Glowing Ore Veins, Because i hate to look for rocks with a magnifying lens, since now you can actually tell where are the ore veins,
Hotkeys++, adds tons more hotkeys, so u dont have to constantly pause game to open favorites and select a different spell or weapon, and break immersion and flow of action.
Revenge of the enemies 2016; makes you consider every fight very carefully
Run for your lives; makes pathetic low lvl NPC´s that just have 1 dagger run and hide from Dragons! as they should!
HAHA
And if you go with a vampire play, then there are a couple of other essential mods to add to this list!
Pumping Iron is also a great immersion mod for fighters!

Glad to see world's Dawn in your list.. it's underrated
Using Witcher 3 soundtrack for a Skyrim video, nice touch :D
Inigo for me, travelling through Skyrim without my blue khajit friend just feels empty.
I just cannot start playing the Special Edition until Gary has it ported. :)
And now the hype for V3
for me it is Sofia and Inigo the things they say are amazing.
THIS. This video is THE best video I've seen on mods. so helpful, straight to the point, clear.
But they included UFO. Eff is ten times better
OMG i think i am in love! You have almost the exact same immersive mods that i do!
Good to see a shout out to "Unbound". I've been using that for a long time, but only seem to see people talking about "Another life". I was beginning to think Unbound was out of date/favour.
From the guy who played skyrim on xbox 360 all I can say this just makes skyrim more and more interesting and I love it!
Thanks ! This was exactly the list of mods I was looking for for my next play through. Great list and an excellent vid.

Koubitz I am gonna be honest here when I say this.. You're one of my favourite youtubers and you deserve so many more subs!
I love how Skyrim is still being played over and over again and how modding it allows for a totally new and customized experience.
Im happy skyrim is alive and well, I just started playing it, or lol that is a lie, spent 5+ hours on installing mods but WILL start play it soon too :D
5 hours? That's all?
perfect audio, camera shots and commentary. keep doing what you're doing.
Great video! Perfect explanation and reasoning behind every mod you're recommending. Thanks :)
Koubitz your list about your favorite mods is exactly my favorte list
Good list, though I'd add Organized Bandits in Skyrim.
Year old comment but I know people still check these videos out so I want to say: Beware of OBIS. It has been known to screw up your game. Go to the mod’s “posts” page for details
thanks for your help :)

I really wish there was a strong "Social" overhaul for Skyrim. Stuff to add more use to the Speechcraft tree, and make the game feel more narrative and "Social" (As far as interacting with npcs and directing the narrative of the world in different ways).
The problem with that is they can't exactly bring the voice actors information a mod, so they have to go with just what was originally recorded.
@@elbruces Theres been like one did that something, it may have even been Speechcraft Expanded, but yeah you are right.
this is a very good list. I have started play the game again and kinda feel lost. you explained the features of all those mods very clearly. this video is really helpful. Yeah I don't understand how people play skyrim without requiem. It makes it sooooooo much better. Just about to start again after a 3 year break.
NihilisticHorse ikr, everything about that mod is amazing!
Enhanced UI, remove crosshairs + scoped bows mod is a good combination. Love the realism mods, and followers like Chinook the bear. You rescue him & raise him from a cub to a killing machine.
Is there any mod that you can recommend enough?
Bernardo BR
Yes
Very nice list. The only things I would definitely add to this in order to make a truly "Skyrim redux" are
-SMIM and USLEEP
-Footprints
-Enhanced Blood
-A Quality World Map
-Cloaks of Skyrim
-Wearable Lanterns
-Immersive Spells (spells emit light)
-any mod to overhaul those god awful children
-3PCO (3rd person camera overhaul)
-TK Dodge
-Racial Body Morphs (highly underrated mod that goes beyond just adjusting size for different races), or "Height Adjusted Races with True Giants"
-Real Water Two
Some of these are seen in the video yet not mentioned, but these all cover aspects that aren't touched on in the video's list. Along with these, just need some visual overhauls/texture replacements and should be good to go.
Cool videos Koubitz.
I shall now binge watch.
Nice to see good videos spotlighting nice mods beyond jiggly butts and silly exposing armors for a change. I'll test them right a way! Thanks for the tips.
"Resize just about everything"
Oh boy, you just started a meme...
Just wanted to say you have a really relaxing voice, was just checking some Skyrim mod videos and fell asleep like a baby. while watching this video.
Ultimate Follower Overhaul is very outdated, and causes crashes sometimes. I'd suggest Amazing Follower Tweaks instead.
As someone who is a big Skyrim fan, but has been on a long break, I find this incredibly helpful. Seriously hope all of these get ported across to Skyrim SE. Thnx for this very informative video :)
skyui work for special edition?
I've heard SkyIU version 2.2 works without SKSE. But I'd wait for official support.
There's an unofficial special edition version of skyui making the rounds.
Jeremy Alexander who's working on the updated skyui because skyui team isn't
If only somebody could port SkyUI 2.2 to Xbox One, that would be great...
allex3004 no one would, unless you guys have mice
Nice work. I really don't have a problem with the way this game looks but I wanted to see what other things people have modded; this list definitely has a few things I should add for my current playthrough and others I should add for future playthroughs.
"Immersive intensifies"
I really like 'living takes time' - it's fully customizable (if that's a word) and one of the best things is that reading levels up your speech based on the amount of time you spend reading both providing an incentive to read books and also making a bard/scholar/non violent character much more viable.
ITS NOT THE MAGES GUILD GODDAMMIT! ITS THE COLLEGE OF WINTERHOLD! other than that though great video I will definitely use some of these mods.
Shae Bakes just look at the description the links are there and descriptions of what the mods do are on the site
Skyrim and fallout 4 relly suffer from HUGE lack of unique uniques.
Nickolay Chesher well you don't know how much effort that takes
Nick van Pijlen Probably a lot,but you have to agree...you simply wan't more.
Nick van Pijlen yes but do you how much it adds to your game?
Pigman Rocker not much
Nick van Pijlen yes it does it makes finding uniques actually worth it and not hust a usess item with a special name
A very good list and personal favorites for me as well...Immersive music, armors and weapons, true storms, Hunterborn, Climates of tamriel, Archery gameplay, Enchanced bloodtextures, Realistic nights are some honorable mentions as well and offcource many many more :D
Next time could you possibly add time each mod starts?
Interesting NPCs is, by far, the best collection of quests and companions I've seen for any game. By itself it almost entirely changes your Skyrim experience, and all for the better. :)
You can change your characters height?
***** Yeah you can. I downloaded the mod and it is so cool
or you could do player.setscale ___
2:37
Alvor has had it rough the last couple of years
People of Skyrim
Vivid Weathers
SMIM
Skyrim Graphic Overhaul
Project Hippie
Imperious Races
Alternate Start
Those are my must have mods ^^
MephilesAE a little shit,but ok
great video! I use all of these mods except for requiem. you have given me the last push to get it. Keep up the good work, and now that I have found your channel I will be checking Google out your other mod vids.
Shoutout to the chick who did the video. Respect👍🏾👍🏾
Hi Koubitz, I am on your channel for the first time (subscribing atm) just want to thank you for laying out a list of some of the best mods to have, it really helped me since i restarted playing TESV after a couple of years and had almost no ideia of what to download
A kiss from Portugal!
Witcher 3 soundtrack threw me off a little.
Just found your channel. I must say...I'm impressed with your coverage, video and audio quality, and most importantly, your review on stuff. Subbed. :)
Oh, you get them from Nexus, do you HAVE to pay for nexus?
Nope, the Nexus is completely free. There's an option to donate to mod authors, but it's definitely not something you need to do to use the mods. Although I'm sure the creators would appreciate it if you did :)
Oh, thanks so much, but Im pretty sure I have to make an account, which I will, thanks for replying so fast! Love the video!
Also, I have a question. If I had skyrim Mods from Steam Community, when I load my game from the Nexus Manager will I keep the mods from that, and vice versa to steam launching?
yea should
Yup. I have mods from steam workshop/community and from nexus and it works fine.
I love your Videos, because your voice is clear and I can easy translate it in my head so thank you
All I wonder is how many of these are in bethesda's workshop.
The_Pyromancer
Probably like, 2. Steam workshop (which I use) is easy to use, click the subscribe and done. Nexus the download and then do EVERYTHING yourself, it takes hours for me and is very annoying.
How would downloading a mod take you HOURS? NexusMods is fairly simple tbh.
Sheogorath Daederic Prince Of Madness nexus is really easy actually. Just use the manager.
Sheogorath Daederic Prince Of Madness Hours? Lmao youve never used the nexus have you? Everything is done through the manager to Install a mod literally all it takes is less than 3 clicks.
Download mod, Mod gets downloaded via The Nexus Mod Manager,
Now activate it. Done
Harbinger for me it takes quiet sometime becuz of the 1mb cap although its fine cuz i download tons at a time
I never heard about Unbound until now! I too make new characters after ~10 hours usually, playing one storyline or so each character or starting over upon death.
Awesome vid!
Why am i watching this!...i am a Ps4 Player 😢😢
a lot of these mods have made it over to the ps4
Griffith Femto fuck you, you traitor griffith
what ones?
So? How does that mean you can’t watch this? I’m a PS4 player too..
Griffith Femto
Why am I watching this...I'm still stuck with a PS3
I genuinely think Frostfall is the best gameplay overhaul mod I've ever seen. I'm ambivalent about needs and diseases survival mods but Frostfall uniquely brings the game world to life in a way that enhances exploration instead of just interrupting it. You start to think of mountains as mountains and water as water and caves as potentially dangerous places to shelter from the elements. It makes you appreciate your surroundings instead of disinterestedly speeding past; it encourages you to explore locations you find instead of making a beeline for your objective marker; and it breaks up the frankly mediocre loop of combat and looting with unique exploration challenges (like crossing the ice to get to Septimus Signus).
hi koubitz
Hi!
Bung Da Booce black lives matter
***** yes
You have a pleasant voice and you presented the material well. Good job, subbed.
Well I would say 1st...but I'm not, and I'm not like that. Anyway keep up the good work Koubitz because your vids are fucking awesome
''i'm not like that'' well arent you a special snowflake
Clemi-Chan 你的媽媽同性戀 the sarcasm, its to real.
Spade_BlackJack ok cool boi
Just recently started watching your videos in about the last 3 hours and i really enjoy them :) Your channel is absolutely great and a definite subscription recommendation!
took 1minute 42 seconds for her/him to get to the mods xD
*her
The Witcher 3 music at the beginning =========> Goosebumps IMMEDIATELY
you have a very beautiful voice
K- NiGhT So relaxing 👌🏽 I don't even play skyrim, but i like his voice so much
Hassan Adnane His ???
i agree
i'm pretty sure is "her"
this is the best mod video for the new Skyrim remastered or Skyrim in general I've ever seen thank you for posting such a great video
But the progression in it does seem very appealing.
hoo boy this is a dope list. thanks for doing all the research for me (also your voice is very nice & soothing~)
There is also Hunterborn, Cloaks of Skyrim, and Winter is comming. These go very well with Frostfall, Realistic Needs and Diseases, and Wet and Cold.
Love the witcher music added in. God damn that game has a great soundtrack.
Theres a W3 music overhaul mod for Skyrim.
Makes battles so much better
YOU ADDED WITCHER MUSIC? My favorite witcher song as well? After I was thinking about witcher all day? Okay you’ve won me over
Hey Koubitz!!! You seem to have some really good tips and videos, and a love for Skyrim as some manny people have today. I would suggest reaching out to a UA-camr named Clare Siobhan to both expand your following and video variety. I would love to see you two in a video together playing some of these mods, and having Skyrim discussions.
So happy to see that you chose Skyrim Unbound over Alternate Start.
AeroNevin WORD
Thank you for including Requiem in this.. literally hard to play without it for me. Love the difficulty and like you said, the feeling of accomplishment. Now when ever I go to play another game/RPG I look to see if they have a Requiem-like mod xD
Oh man.. The Witcher 3 music.. So great. Brings out the feelings. Gotta play that game again soon
almost a year :O happy birthday koubitz video
