I'm 34 and suffering really poor health. I rarely sleep, and can't leave the house, but these stories help my anxiety. I think these are the kind of things that help mental health, because we need a break from all the terrible things going on in the world. It's lovely to see all the other adults on here who enjoy them too. There's no age limit to enjoy these stories ❤
