Irissplit

I have learnt the first split out of this combo from Iris, the girl who've dragged me iinto aerials a long time ago. We still always train together and hang above the stages! Thank you Iris for teaching me this one.
I know all my beginner students are absolutely in love with this combo. I have added a nice drop at the end to make it a bit more intermediate as well, but still quite doable for new beginners! Just start the drop slow, by holding your hand longer when going backwards.
