Very nice .a comment ,I will always start with descriptions of X-ray and tell him abt presence of pelvic binder.it gives a good start ,otherwise it was awesome .i will use the buzzwords like responder classification,monitoring whenever appropriate like ROTEM, Lactate and DCO Principles wherever appropriate.
Should we also refer the buzzword " permissive hypotension " or is it outdated? Also, should we describe the radiograph first and then proceed with the ATLS protocols? Thank you very much!
