- Super Saiyan God was introduced in Battle of Gods and led to a whole new group of Super Saiyan forms that we've seen in the Dragon Ball Super anime and manga. How exactly do they work, who can use them, and how strong are they? We'll be going in-depth in this video!

I honestly wished they gave more unique and special qualities to the forms. Like regeneration or matter manipulation to give goku more varied fighting styles
Well i agree, they should have used God ki as a way for goku and vegeta to access new and different abilities.. Like healing, space breathing and other things. I think suoer's main issue with God ki and the forms was that goku and vegeta learned and got too strong too fast... God ki should have taken them awhile to learn... And it would have been nice seeing them spend more time on the God form maybe even having trouble trying to access it after the ritual
Well at least rose was kind of unique with the ki weapon manipulation
In the battle of gods movie I think,they showed goku using his god ki to heal a wound that beerus gave to him by stabbing him with his hand
God goku does in fact have special abilities

I think it's not ssgss evolution but the real name should be limit breaker because in original dub they didn't say it was evolution but the power beyond limits of the user so it should be ss limit breaker

I'm surprised no one has realised that the forms they take are basically their original forms but just added with God Ki. Like SSG is basically base form with God ki, and the rest is self explanatory. So that means there is in fact further forms, like evolution is basically the same as a powered up super saiyan for Vegeta (Super Vegeta) so that means Goku can reach that form as well which also means that maybe at some point they will achieve a Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan 2 and 3.

Honestly the canon names for the forms are kinda stupid like with super saiyan god. It should just be saiyan god because you don't really well...add super saiyan and then super saiyan blue should be called super saiyan god. It would just make things that bit better since as you said they are basically just add on's

I thought rosè was only a thing because zamasu took over goku's body, and as a result, their ki mixed, resulting in the alternate transformation color
gods and non gods have a different form. Goku Black has Rose because he was a deity by birth as Zamasu, Goku had Blue because he wasn't a god by birth.
@@sirqrow881 Blue and Rosé are the exact same form. The only difference is that Zamasus Ki is intermixed with Gokus, that is even explained in canon.

Ssj rage is a demi god form that was triggered by transcendence beyond their mortal limits or in future trunks case a time paradox from his present counterpart who participated in the god ritual. Gohan might be able to do too but hes trying to be more human in his fighting.

Everett Malone how many forms/techniques appeared in the original Dbz series. The difference between dbz and dbs is that dbs didn’t have a lot of time between new transformations
Ssjg is basically when they switch regular ki with god ki and ssjb is when they add super saiyan to that god ki

SSG has always been my favorite form it’s just so sleek and balanced
For me it’s definitely SSBE cause of the way the user transforms like in Xenoverse 2 for example the whole Vegeta stance when going into the form just looks ultimately badass

Lukas I’m decently sure ssbe is basically just the god ki version of grade 2. Personally, I don’t want vegeta to use kaioken or a ssb3 kinda form as he never used ssj3 in canon as he knew that it used ki fast
@@Tetrabyt i don't think that's the case blue evolution is a different form as in grade 2 energy leaks out a lot and in order to achieve blue you have to have perfect ki control which is only possible in grade 4

You forgot to mention that interview where one of the people that worked on DBS:Broly said that SSG has better techniques and is more refined and divine than Blue and is used for dodging and stuff while Blue is a more power based form and stronger overall but lacks everything else SSG has. This could explain the healing power Goku used against Beerus and the God binding technique he used against Broly.

Manga: SSGod with Ritual, SSGod without Ritual, Initial SSGSS or Initial SSBlue, Advanced SSGSS or Advanced SSBlue, SSGSS or SSRose, Perfected SSGSS or Perfected SSBlue or as i call it 100% Blue, SSGSS PS or SSBlue Power Stressed (only used by Goku against Jiren by almost breaking the Body basically like the Kaioken without the Kaioken itself) and Mastered SSGSS or Mastered SSBlue (only used by Vegeta since the ToP)
Yamoshi was the first Super Saiyan, not Super Saiyan God and Rosé is Zamasu's version of Super Saiyan, also not Super Saiyan God. These have both already been confirmed.

I disagree with your Gohan and trunks statement(on them attaining Rosé) as Zamasu killed Gowasu and had attained the status of Supreme Kai. I don’t feel being an apprentice makes you divinity. Though you’re taught such techniques you shouldn’t technically be counted as a God as you’re not necessarily at the point of attaining that status.
Now for the manga. He’s not counted as an apprentice Supreme Kai anymore, or so I’d suspect. Just because you may remain able to use the techniques you were taught from them doesn’t mean you’re still an apprentice kai.

5:22 one question that ive wondered is, lets say goku or vegeta became a GoD to replace beerus, would they then gain access to Rose, since theyd now be gods in their own right (theyd be a god of destruction after all, and id assume a god of destruction would fit that requirement just as well as a kai)

also from my knowledge for the Manga versions of Blue
Initial SSBlue: has a White Aura like SSJ but can only use 1/10 of Blue's true Power, last time seen with Goku and Vegeta in the Time Chamber
Advanced SSBlue: has the White Aura with Blue God Ki Flames or Bubbles around the user, can use the Full Power for a shot period of Time like say when activated and a few minutes like 3 to 5 Minutes later drop down to even less then 10% of Blue's true Power
Perfected SSBlue or 100% Blue: keeps the Aura inside the Body breaking it down with Time but is able to stay at 100% Power the whole Time and with more training is better to use
Mastered SSBlue: the White Aura and the God Ki Flames merge and become a Blue Flame Aura around the user and is also like the Perfected SSBlue state the whole time at 100% and is the best version since it doesn't need the whole Concentration like 100% Blue does and it doesn't break down the Body
SSBlue Power Stressed: user gets a Blue Aura around him and it breaks the Body further than the Perfected SSBlue State but is only seen used on top of the Perfected SSBlue State (it's like using the Kaioken for the First Time in you're Life but going straight to x1.000) it does make you stronger but it's destroying you're Body so don't use it
also SSRose: basically like the Mastered SSBlue but in pink and with the Aura like Advanced SSBlue having the White Aura with Pink God Ki Flames that are agressive looking and is only achieved by a Saiyan that has Natural God Ki

Blue Evolution is my favorite transformation because Blue is my favorite color and it's Vegeta exclusive as of now- and Vegeta is my second favorite character if you don't count fusions.

Technically, there's another Super Saiyan God form beyond Rose: Super Saiyan White. Merged Zamasu was the first Super Saiyan White

i'm 90% sure by diety, means the divine races, kais, angels, etc are actual divine races, gohan and trunks trained UNDER kais, they were not kais themselves, thus i don't think gohan and trunks could access Ssj Rose, also from what i'm aware, the Broly movie was supposed to be where the two canons met, thus why no exclusive forms such as Ssj Blue KK, Ssj Blue Evo, or Mastered Ssj Blue were used, that way it can fit snugly into both continuities.
Right? I always thought why their kai(or however you spell it) spilled out cause it seemed like it was wasting it. Also I always knew they didnt master the use of it cause their are characters that can shape it and form weapons.

Goku black kinda already has it from the start due to him already possessing god ki , basically is just the same forms but the fuel source they are tapping into is different. That’s the way I see it , it’s not based on fact but it seems like they have to balance their rage and Mello like god ki together with their ssjb + forms , that’s why ssjg seems more relaxed cause it’s not combining the ssj form with god ki , so it’s relaxed and ui is just the even more relaxed version of that, later on it will be combined with the ssj forms requireing even more control then the regular god ki forms … just my hypothesis not a fact but it seems logical and cool to me .

Yamoshi actually didn’t use super saiyan god. He was a normal super saiyan, but when he died his spirit wandered in search of six righteous super saiyans (as he had five allies so that’s six including him) which is why the ritual is how it is

Professor Memeyy see, I was hoping you’d say that. Because I rewatched Shenron’s explanation for SSG on both BoG & Super, and yes, Yamoshi DID become a SSG to fight those saiyans. He became one from the ritual essentially. You basically got everything else right but the part I said now.

Super Saiyan Blue Kaio-Ken isn’t a ‘variation’ of Super Saiyan Blue because Kaio-Ken isn’t a transformation. It’s just Goku using a technique with a transformation. That said, I do want to see more of it, plus Super Saiyan Blue Evolution. Sucks that neither were in the Broly movie.

The god-like sayian form is slept on... Its really basic but i like it a lot
Personally, I would like to see a Super Saiyan God Kaioken form developed. It would be able to increase the users speed into on bar and / or stronger then super saiyan blue with less risk of death and stamina drain. Then you could power up into Super Saiyan Blue with Kaioken still activated and get the maximum amount of dmg output for Goku. And it would be hard to tell for the opponent to know that they are in kaioken because of how similar the auras are. It would add a nice twist to the story line. If not that they should implement Mastered Super Saiyan Blue into the Anime so that Goku and Vegeta could use it without stamina drain. Then goku could be able to stack Kaioken on top of it so it has equal stamina drain to unmastered super saiyan blue. Then Vegeta should get some sort of power boost he can apply ontop of Super Saiyan blue as well. Maybe something like... I dont know Blue evolution boost. Basically you get a boost like you're in SSJBE for a short period of time to do as much dmg as possible. This would be nice so that vegeta isn't always left out on cool new abilities like Goku.
well Gohan actually never became a Apprentice Kaioshin since as Shin stated while asking Trunks about the Ritual i mean sure Old Kai did the Ritual arounf Gohan but that was to Unlock (so you can use it in different ways) his Potential or better yet to Unleash it
and as for Trunks wel he did say that he doen't want to be a Apprentice Kaioshin anymore so bye-bye SSRose i guess

I still prefer the original design for Super Saiyan god, that actually looks like an evolution of the super saiyan transformation.
Gohan's next step is obtaining god ki I think. However I think it'll just be his answer to Blue kaioken and Blue Evo. And in the manga, I think he'd be even stronger than that.

Rose is the best in my opinion, I like both Blue Evolution and God evenly, Blue Kaioken and Perfected Blue is meh, and same with Base Blue.

People seem to forget that ssjg is just god Ki and not a saiyan form. Hence why there is ssj blue. Goku and vegeta can go ssj2 while using their new found God ki as well but as mentioned in this video ulit would drain them rapidly. Vegeta's other blue form seems to be just him going past ssj and between ssj2 while using his god ki. Its possible that he actually went ssj2 and instead of electricity there are static sparkles. Gohan and even krillin can learn to use god ki anyone can. I say this because beerus is a god of destruction, he wasnt born a god he was trained.
Though Dbz is weird with their god titles as Piccolo is a god also since kami, which means god, was part of him. But yeah dbz.

That's why goku in his base form is like strong as a SSJ2 or maybe even a bit above

I dis agree with trunks reaching super saiyan Rose. Specifically because although they trained with the Kai's they were not born of the Kaio Tree. Kai's are born of the tree and then trained up to take over the mantle even zamasu was born of thus tree.
I think whis once said in the anime that blue evolution and blue kaioken is the pefected blue but in difrrent ways so i think pefected blue in the manga is equal to those 2 forms
ssb evolution is probably the ssb version of super vegeta from the cell arch

SSJ Blue is God ki + SSJ. Why don’t they mix SSJ2 or SSJ3 with god ki to make like SSJ Blue 2 or 3 or another colores form like SSJ Green
Do what if goku trained ki control of ssj during the cell saga to use kaioken so he would be a glass cannon losing ki fast and not landing finishing attacks due to kaioken strain when fighting perfect cell and would still need gohan to beat him as goku couldn't finnish it.He would have less transformations as if he would be able to use kaioken with ssj he would train the KK multiplier also zenkais he would get from pushing himself.KK blue would be easier to reach.All in all a lot would change so this could be a good what if series to do videos on
Super sayain god is the true super sayain god form, it’s kinda like a rebirth form, super sayain blue is just super sayain stacked into super sayain god multiplying the power, super sayain rosé is just zamasus power as a super sayain
Rosé is divine ki or whatever not just some ssj. Goku black uses normal ssj and rose in manga.
