@@hioman I think it'd be more helpful if you told him what TO do, rather than what NOT TO do. Think of it like this, if you asked someone for directions to the store, and all they told you was "DON'T turn right at the first intersection", would you feel sufficiently helped?
RK, I would do some independent research on the topic of fonts, but generally you want to use rather plain-looking fonts (exceptions exist, though). Whatever you use, you also want to give said text a black border so that whatever background it's up against, it pops out. Generally you want to use white text as well, but that's a more contextual thing. The main objective is that the prospective viewer can actually READ the text in the thumbnail.

Can we just take a second to shine a light on this beautiful editor. Really gives DGR a wonderful experience with what he puts in and takes out. As a Mario watcher I understand how the editor is just as important as the streamer

From what I understand the reason why they can't have a checkpoint right before the randomized room is because randomness in Mario Maker 2 is determined by player inputs, meaning that having a checkpoint right before that would leave the seed almost the exact same every time because of the smaller number of inputs and how similar they are each time.

So glad you finally post that last level. I worked on that one for over an hour and gave up. Sound effects were killing me at the beginning. Eventually..it was just the level that was killing me lol

Edit: I went and played the level! It’s annoying. But when you get RNG on the upper or lower path, I would go back in the door and reset to the upper if needed. Made the level easier getting familiar with that one path! I had the record for a short spell but it’s been beaten since then! Your pain and agony made me die laughing.
So let me get this straight:
DGR bans someone in his discord, DGR gets this as a punishment.

I love the editing that shows DGR living up to the idea when I speak then I die because it happened multiple times in the video. Lol maybe if you tried not like commenting on the level as you played it you might die less but then the content would definitely not be any good. So just keep doing what your doing.

Mayonnaise and Ketchup recipe:
5 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

The self scrolling skill level was great. Natural flow, nothing impossible, and not annoying for being slow, like it actually used the scroll to great effect.

My theory on the excessive sound effects: Creator's little sibling or young child was promised they could help with the level and their input was to just put the effect on every enemy.
The second course was the best level I've ever seen! And who knows, why the last course got distracting effects, who could solve this puzzle? 😂😂😂❤️

Long time tabletop RPG player here. Anybody in my hobby could tell you more RNG almost never favors the players.
For that last level, I think the sound effects were intended to mimic the echoing you would have in a cave, as the "cave of enemies" title suggests.
Funny thing, I'm watching this on a Nintendo Switch UA-cam, and I also use my pro controller. So when the battery died, even though DGR said it was his, I still impulsively looked at my pro controller to make sure it wasn't dead.
