What happens if your Maxillary artery is blocked 90% please? I went to a vascular surgeon today who told me I had nothing to worry about, that I didn't need surgery for this because there are other arteries going to my face that will take up the slack. I'm having a very hard time believing this esp from what I've read so far today after getting home from my appt with him. Please help. Thank you!

middle meningeal artery pass thru foramen spinosum, Acessory meningeal artery pass thru foramen ovale
