85-year-old returns to beloved senior living community in Hastings, NE after serious fall

Chuck Stowers has been a Good Samaritan Society resident for 24 years, recently moving from independent housing at the Society's Hastings, NE, location, to assisted housing at the Villa following a serious fall.
The hands-on effort that assisted living provides means a lot to someone like Chuck who's trying to stay as active as possible.
Vanetta Bauman, LPN, said, "Living here at the Villa is a step up from independent living but you have your own apartments. You can still be independent and come and go as you please."
