It is wise to get marriage counseling from Christians before marriage. My son went to a seminary and they refused to marry him and his wife until they went through a marriage counseling program. They are glad they did. I have been married 29 years and wished my wife and I had someone in counseling set many things straight before we got married.

We are not self sufficient outside of Christ, The Son of God. We cannot do anything by ourselves. However mundane , we need Christ every our of every day. So this day and all the days of our lives we need Him. Put Christ first in all you do and you shall prosper. He will guide you like the good shepherd He is. Question is, are we good sheep to follow? Are we obedient enough?
