    Today I'm bringing you all, my go to gym workout especially after taking time off from the gym. Total body dumbbell only combo workout! Try it out!!
    Exercise:
    5 Rounds (using 15lb DB)
    1. Squat Press x10
    2. Lateral Lunge to Lateral Raise x8ea
    3. Deadlift to Upright Row x10
    4. Reverse Lunge to Front Raise x8ea [or] Reverse lunge to bicep curl
    5. Bent Row to tricep kickback x10
    HIIT Sprints 30sec on 30 sec rest x7 (I did not do this, but it was the plan...lol)
    30sec-1min rest between exercise
    2min Rest Between Rounds
    LETS GET IT!!!

      Hey Michelle I create them myself! But originally learned the technique of combo workouts from this lady (who competes )on IG about 5 years ago! Whatever flows I try and add some weights 💪🏾
