It was a great show and the night exploded, as you have captured when Dave sung Personal Jesus. So glad to attend a concert with vibe again, but Dave is true showman and has always managed to command the stage! My personal highlight was shaking Peter Gordeno's hand and giving him a copy of my new CD. He was sitting in a box slightly to my right on the opposite side of Dress Circle. It's my birthday this week, so a real special treat! You get inspired in life and Depeche Mode and Tangerine Dream have been my favourite groups for 40 years! I can't believe where the time has gone! First time I saw DM live was at Wembley in '85, very different show and the sound was not studio quality as they are these days. Dave's voice has improved immensely. A recent critic has mentioned that these songs really suit Dave. I do hope we get some more DM music too? It's great that they can work on solo material and with other bands and still keep DM alive. A lovely, refreshing night filled with positive energy. The need for live music is a must. The venue was great and the acoustics were perfect.
@@DevotionalDaveakaPFM Agreed. Especially on DM songs, Eigner overdoes it most of the time. Take for example Alan Wilder's drumming on the Devotional Tour; simple, yet hard-hitting and fitting perfectly with the style of the songs.
DAVID GAHAN...THE BEST....Your voice incredible. Personal Jesus FANTASTIC SONG. 👌😎👌
Браво,Дейв😍🤩💯🔥

40 років на сцені ! Це круто , як не крути . Респект і повага !

No.
Nothing beats the original
@@rboona2002 Surprisingly, this version was more energizing than the original Global Spirit Tour.

It's good, but have you ever heard any live version from the Devotional tour? :)

This drummer is better than Christian! OH YEAH
studio drummers respect the craft and don't over do it.

I hope this soulsavers nightmare will be soon over....horrible...thanks god I did not attend
What makes you say that? I actually love the albums they put out with Dave. The songs are solid, even if I'm not very much into the genre.
