    Nope! I wouldn’t take her back she threw away 20 yrs of marriage for a man she wouldn’t even date as a boyfriend and the fact is the lover only wanted the sex and not the relationship he got his kicks from having an affair with a married woman and she knew this! Her husband whole family and friends was there and they know that she cheated on him and with whom so every family get together she will get the side eye and they will be mocking him! I wouldn’t go down that road with her once is enough! Clearly he is madly in love with his wife for 20yrs and it is hard to let go so I feel bad for him because his whore of a wife betraying him and cheated not because he was a bad husband or father to their daughter but because she went on a business trip and was bored after the conference! So she hook up with a coworker! WHAT! she cheated because she was BORED! Dude leave her and move on because she will get bored again!

    Another story of rich, beautiful people who live in a different world than the rest of us. And we’re supposed to have sympathy for these people that are so beautiful and wealthy that life has been handed on a silver platter to. Their whole lives are pure indulgence and pampered. When they split up they can just run to another one of their houses. And of course in the end soy-boy gives up his self respect and crawls back to his ex to grovel at her feet.

    This is something I personally would never do. The thought of my ex being with her lover would be forever eating away at me. And how could I ever grow to trust her again. It’s not my place to forgive and forget. That’s between her and God.

    Pretty good AI generated fiction with a few errors here and there. Not really that far off of being a hypothetically true story. Bored boss babe modern career chasing wife cheats with younger lover who is a polar opposite of her husband, she gets CAUGHT/exposed horrifically publicly, he divorces her as she still pines for him, he gets a hot rebound younger woman, rebound woman leaves to pursue her career after rebuilding the ex-husband's self esteem and dignity leaving door open for other women, ex-wife gets tested to betray her ex-husband's business and proves loyalty, and then the ex-husband rewards loyalty with her getting a second chance to rebuild the family. The GOAT is the daughter..."if you cheat on dad again, my friend has an even hotter single aunt than Patty..."

    If he actually took he 304 back, he sent a mesage that what she did is ok. She will do it again. Even worse he taught his daughter that it is ok to cheat if you can fake emotion. She had others, she just admitted to the one because she was caught.

    If they truly want too make their reconciliation work, and reestablish trust then I'd be happy for them. Has someone who's been cheated on, it takes a long time to reestablish trust. Each relationship is different. If there's mutual respect and admiration, ( like in this story), then they have a chance. 👍👍. Sadly many cheating couples don't have that option these days.

      Don't let stats make your life decisions. According to statistics, I should have been dead and gone sixty years ago. I then led a life full of extreme risks. Statistically, my still being here is a ridiculous anomaly. If you never take risks of any sort, you will never learn how to manage risk and make decisions where the outcome is less than a sure thing. I'm still here and quite old. If the only risk you ever take is in a video game, you're going to have problems facing real life decisions.

    • @shepardsmith3235
      @shepardsmith3235 Місяць тому

      @@cmw9876 I reviewed my stats and googled the question again and Google said What is the success rate of marriage reconciliation?
      Reunion Rates: Between 10-15% of separated couples reconcile, and approximately 6% of divorced couples remarry each other.Dec 12, 2023. So its more complex than we think. Reconciliation is where the couples are no longer together but still married. So its not marriage counseling as we think of it where the couples are still living together and going to the sessions together. We will never know the stats on what percentages think about reconciliation and don't even try. The salient point which you are missing is that they did try!! Your argument is that they didnt face that risk. And at that 85 to 90 percent of the time it did not work out. Think on that.

    I get why people are upset with the ending. Trust broken is always the issue with reconciliation. It literally takes years to overcome. And that is what was needed here as well. She managed to prove she was trustworthy and respected him. She accepted his girl friend without an issue, backed up is business without a thought to the money she would gain. It’s not completely surprising that they would/could overcome her cheating. Why women need validation so badly that they completely lose sight of all consequences is beyond me. Why they can’t accept it from their husbands or think it’s somehow a husband duty is confusing. Yeah, I agree when they ask if this dress makes my ass look big, but you would honestly NOT be honest if any woman asked you that.

    • @joaolima9819
      @joaolima9819 2 місяці тому +1

      It clearly did not take years to reconcile in this story but months. Why would she not accept his girlfriend? They were divorced it had nothing to do with her unlike her cheating which happened during married life. The reason this crap happens often these days is because there are few consequences as this story illustrates. If men were men and not simps a lot of this BS would not be happening.

      I will I would like to say one thing I think forgiveness is a wonderful thing but if you get a cheater that’s going to keep repeating the process over and over again it’s gonna make you age 10 2030 years in your life. You won’t be worth a damn so you gotta be real careful it’s all right to forget but when you take a cheater back, if it’s a repeated a repeated thing over and over again you’re never gonna have happiness if it was a little work so you’re gonna have to watch keep your eyes open if you do that if you take somebody back and it’s for honesty, that’s good but you’re gonna have to keep your eyes open for any color red flags because otherwise you’re gonna be repeating the same thing over and over again and that’s not worth it. Life is too short that’s all I got to Lionel.😢
