Loving Luke’s crusty SS3000’s…Woolpack is a mega venue…fished it since I was a kid, and caught my first twenty and thirty from there years ago, before the otter fences when you could still fish it on a day ticket from Stanjay’s Tackle in Godmanchester.

Amazing - used to fish lake 8 back in the day with my late father. It was about the time of APFA, and we knew there were monsters in there, but we just didn't have the know how. Magical place. Great memories.

He has such passion and a methodical approach and soon as I heard about 29mins about how much he wanted to be off the reeds and triangulating it all, you know this guy knows what he’s talking about 😁👌🏼 some absolute beauties, carp of my dreams tbh and if I could catch one of those 30lb+ carp I’d be a happy man for life! How do you change the rig if the hook goes blunt? Just cut the mainline off? And slide off the bead?
