Can you do a video on implants and working with the RMS+B1 ut. Please I have come across a nuero stimulator with 1.6 RMS+B1 ut maximum. I would greatly appreciate it.
Great video. I've done CSF Flow for years on Philips Achieva 1.5T, now starting to use a Siemens 1.5T. Your explanations are the best!! We always do dynamic study, both for clinical suspicion for NPH and clinical suspicion of Chiari.
Hey Bac awesome content like always. We dont have the license activated for flow but even so I found it so interesting and valuable. I hope its not too much to ask but, I would be so grateful if you could cover a “3D Real IR” for Menieres disease. Its supposed to be a sequence done 4 hrs after IV contrast was injected and it should show contrast agent in the inner ear. We’ve been trying to do it in 1.5T but it seems hopeless even though there are some papers that show it is possible. Some friends even struggled on 3T. Anyway, hope you keep this in mind, stay safe, big hugs and thank you for all your content once again!
Hi thanks. Ménière’s disease is extremely difficult. We had two or so in the past. Beginning from scratch with protocol and setup. We felt we started to get into that but then patient group was removed to another hospital. Unfortunately I didn’t have enough time to create a good protocol. Back then we did on 3T but still very difficult. Besides that I can only advice you good papers regarding this topic.
I liked so much your explanation about acquisition and the curves reconstrucción. But we have GE. Could you explain in GE because is a little different, I don't find where chose the different curves, for instance.
Thanks for kindly words. I wish I could explain on ge as well. But I don’t have it available and don’t have much experience on ge when it comes to this specific technique.
If you look at this sagittal image. In-plane is in the sagittal plane. Through plane is in the transversal. In other words through plane you do perpendicular to the vessels of interest. “Cut” through it.
Good morning sir , am done mri csf flow stady in siemens 1.5T After done the stady I started post process there is Propagation options Right , left , in slice , copy contours which I select sir ( which one correct)

@@Nguyen_MRI Hi, scan each body parts by routine exam and explain to us the plan from Neuro,Body and MSK
Great video, it explain everything I want to know, Thanks
Thank you, great one! Which synchronization should be used for sagittal flow, PulseTriggger or Retro? And how do I find the Venc, any scout?
Pulse trigger. Venc scout yes.
Thank you very much dear sir......... I am very thankful for you
Thanks.
Nice
A big Thanks!
Good job man 👍💪
Thanks. ☺️

Nice! Can you do a video on the Vida or Sola fit platforms?
Will come 👍
Hi Bac! Beatiful video! What are the main parameters of the T2 space? 4'48" for a 0.8 ISO t2 space is a great time! Grappa 3, right?
It’s acquired with a slice thickness of 0.5mm. Then interpolated to 0.9 or 1mm if I’m not remember incorrect. Yes grappa 3 👍
Thanks
Bac, thanks for another useful video. Also, what software do you use that creates the yellow highlighted circle around your mouse? Thanks
Hi just camtasia. You can choose that function in the option menu.
hey Bac can you please make video spect. and perfusion + post processing of it. thanks

Thanks alot but would you please do it on phillips MRI🙏🏻?
I wish I could. But don’t have Philips to do so.
[16:04] - It doesn't look like there's flow around the brainstem at the CCJ, only the central canal is active. Is this normal?
Wrong settings can mislead if I understand your question correctly. Need to use the proper settings of Venc where I show here.
Hi Bac, i work on Aera with XA30, do you know if it's possible use PPU on exam of c spine to reduce CFS flow on STIR?
Thank you.
Hi. Yes should be available if you have the ppu unit.

hi bac
can we use PG gating for CSF phase contrast?
Good question. Yes you can. We also do that in the brain. Ecg doesn’t always work well there seems so. Pg gating works seems to be more robust.

Hi doc....can nerve back head see in MRI?
Nerve can be visualised. Depends on which nerve and what approach you have available at your scanner.

In Canada Where can I get this done to check csf flow, venous and arterial flow etc im suffering
I guess you need to talk to a doctor and they can’t send you to a scan.
