1. Enter the Thermometer Mode and then hold down ADJUST BUTTON for
about two seconds until the current temperature value
fl ashes on the digital display. This is the setting screen.
Press MODE BUTTON to display the temperature unit setting screen
with either °C or °F (the current setting) flashing.
Press THERMO BUTTON to toggle the temperature unit between °C (Celsius) and °F (Fahrenheit).
4. After the setting is the way you want, press ADJUST to exit the setting screen.

During the hands adjustment when the watch says 0:00 , holding down the bottom right moves the hour and minute hands forward, holding top right moves them backward, then hit the button again when you get close to the hands being in the 12 o clock position. Then click them until exactly 12 o clock.
