- Beat my record again!
I noticed that the video wasn't smoothly recorded..
Starcraft Remastered caused a lot of problems when I was trying to record.. I do the perfect game, then the video is like this!
I tried at least 150 runs before I got this.. pretty lucky indeed!

Although its barely few seconds improvement, it is better quality video with no stutter, also addressing for 'the hatchery sound that has been forever burned into someone's brain', and also include keyboard and mouse input overlays.

이건 진짜 인정해줘야된다고 생각한다. 와.. ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 빨간테란을 히드라로 뚫을 생각을 하다니.. 그리고 초반주어진병력으로 견제와 길뚫고 먼저 쨸 생각을 하다니.. 대박 그리고 프로토스 다 밀린것 같으니까 위쪽으로 공격가고 하얀테란 다 밀린것같으니까 바로 모아서 공격.. 진짜 멀탯부터 운영 그리고 컨트롤까지 완벽하다..

I see this because I can´t beat the mission. You are realy good man!
After watching this I did this exact same tactic and it worked great on Artanis and the UED. I think though that I must have been too slow, because by the time I got to Mengsk, he had a truly crazy number of siege tanks and since I suck at SC, I ended up losing a huge number of Hydras. I had a bunch of bases going on though so I just switched to Mutalisks and Guardians and wiped them out fairly easily. So if you want to do this strategy be sure to clean up Mengsk quickly as well!
True, but my speedrun is based on constant hydra production and constant upgrades to reach 3/3 which makes tech switch to mutalisk impossible because i simply dont have enough gas income to make instant tech switch-- in terms of either negating the lack of upgrades for air units, or having just raw number of mutas that equates to the power-roll of near 100 supply worth of hydras with 3/3.
This speedrun in itself is very RNG based-- from how initial 3 force attack strikes my base, and then all the way how mengsk reacts to defend when I attack him-- especially in the sense of whether he will use dropships to carry tanks to defend or just simply moving up all the tanks and using seige mode at max range. Thanks for your thought either way!
@@iILuZioN Right, but in any case I am sure I was much slower than you in finishing the first 2 bases (esp. figuring out where the UED production buildings were took a lot of time) so even without the RNG aspect of things I'm sure Mengsk was way more developed when I switched my attention to him than he was in your game. It looked like he had at least 20-30 siege tanks in siege mode deep inside his base. There's no way my micro was good enough to overcome that! But also I had established new bases in like a bunch of other spots at the map so I had so much cash and gas. It still look me a LONG time though since I had to upgrade air to 3/3 even with 2 Lairs. I sent all my Hydras who were quickly decimated, then it took me just seconds to replenish all that with Mutas & and mutate 2 groups of that into Guardians. That got the job done really easily.
I'll attempt this mission a second time trying to finish Mengsk off the way you did too. I'm aiming for something like 20-25 minutes
Nice work! I had almost the same strategy, though I didn't think of using nydus worms. And my apm is much lower and I've poorer control. I did include a few guardians and had some gas for that. Just to take out a few annoying tanks for mengsk. Managed 17 minutes plus.
my record was 25 minutes.but when i was yong,i take 3 hours!
After five attempts of trying to beat the map I came to UA-cam, just to see someone dominate that stupidly annoying computer AI haha. What an impressive performance :)
Holy shit... I play this mission almost 2 hours (becouse my last enemy - protoss - cant surrender and still protected base), but this... FeelsShockedBadMan
That is an insane number of hydras. Nice macro man!
Mass hydras are just awesome to see. Too bad the protoss didnt have researched abilty (psi storm,mind control,etc) hence the reason why in this mission its so easy to defeat artanis' force.

well.. trying to beat my previous record, then actually beating it, but failed to record, so having to do again took good 3 days to do, so was pretty happy indeed lol
