Saw them recording alive in High Point, NC April 20, 2017. The Collingsworth Family are not only fabulous and incredibly talented, but they are so obviously filled with the holy spirit. You can tell that Kim is so consumed by the holy spirit as she puts everything she has into her playing the piano in His honor. I have never seen any pianist as talented as she is, although her sisters are very good and talented!
What an INCREDIBLE performance! I saw it for the first time and I just had to see it again! I've now decided to go see them when they come thru town at the end of the month.

I can't remember what piano she has. Seems like it was a Yamaha. She plays mostly on Yamaha's or Steinway & Sons. She travels with two grands while traveling because by the end of the first half of the performance, the piano is completely out of tune from how hard she plays and they replace the old one 😳
@@lilithrose76 She travels with a 9 foot Yamaha, she calls Lucille. Never heard of the second one, but I suppose it's possible that she might have to, the way she thrashes it. When she is in a small venue she has to use the house piano of course, but you would never know it. She makes the little church pianos smoke just like she does that 9 Foot Yamaha Grand.

She and her family are great. She is very talented. For my taste, I prefer to hear a piano solo in such a manner to where I don't have to filter through the canned or even live symphony to hear what is actually being played on the piano.
I am thrilled that she and her family will be giving concerts in Heaven for all of Eternity.

I think there is no one that can play piano AND PRAISE like Kim Collingsworth. How she gives it all to Jesus when she plays, is so pleasant to watch.
