i been in a suite for about 7 months. ive made a lil over 90k so far. its a beautiful thing. and I can tell you that the amount of clients you have where you currently are is VERY insignificant to your skill level of actually being able to get new clients. If you have a big clientele base but do not know how to get new clients, to me you arent succesful. you are just having success. which is good but wont last. always grow. that’s what is going to give you ultimate freedom.

Did you move in with a lot of clients? Or did you advertise if so what did you do?

When do you think you should change prices? When you're completely booked for one week? Two?
That’s on a individual basis and when you feel your ready. Everyone is different in my opinion
Can you continue growing clientele through the booking app once you open your suite? I'm about to open a suite, I have some clientele but still want to grow
I use a collective of methods to grow my suite when I had it. I’ve since opened a barbershop though !
What did you do to build the clientele? I am literally opening my suite in a couple of weeks and I have about 30 customers that are for sure. Im scared lol

I was scared to but I knew my skill level and the product I put out so I knew it wouldn’t be hard. Best advice is continue to do what you do to get to your 30 customers do it 2 times as much and really lay out how much your expenses will be. I advertised for 3 months before I got to my suite
@Dbless The Barber love your haircuts man you a great barber I have a question bro, I wanna start cutting hair I have this idea that I should invite people to come in to allow me to cut their hair for free to get better at it in the process , gather clients promoting technique, and then once I feel comfortable charging and making it a business and gather enough clients that will come get fresh with me I will. Do you believe that's a good idea?? I wanna start this or next week

I started with it cutting free before I went to school. You charging I feel determines wether your going to school or not to transition into a career in cutting hair. But cutting for free at first until you get better is a great idea!!
Do you have to have the same license to open a barbershop?
In Texas they have a mini barbershop license you apply for
