NO BAKE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE USING 3 INGREDIENTS

  • INGREDIENTS:
    55 GRAMS CHOCOLATE BUTTONS/ BAR
    1/4 CUP WHIPPING CREAM + 1/2 CUP FOR WHIPPING
    2 TBSP CONFECTIONERS SUGAR
    OPTIONAL FOR GARNISH
    CHOCOLATE SHAVINGS
    COCOA POWDER
    PROCEDURE:
    1. Melt together 55 grams of chocolate together with 1/4 cup of whipping cream using microwave or double boiler, once melted mix then set aside.
    2. Using an electric mixer whip together the whipping cream together with the powdered sugar until stiff peaks formed.
    3. Add the melted chocolate and continue mixing for about a minute until chocolate is well combined.
    4. Transfer to a pastry bag fitted with 1M noozle/tip and pipe mouse into serving glasses.
    5. Garnish with cocoa powder or shredded chocolate then refrigerate for atleast 2 hours, then serve.
