Nice review but people need to know that the design is faulty. The heating element keeps breaking down. 3 times in less than one year already. There is no proper service centre - they have an arrangement with a small shop that services all kinds of other products and brands. Even after so many breakdowns they won't replace with a new one and a refund is totally out of the question. I didn't expect a company like Kent to be so ignorant in customer care.

I took 350 ml of water. But, water quantity largely depends on the quality of aata. Try with 350 ml in first bread loaf. If you feel bread loaf didn't proof enough, increase water level. On the other hand, if dough proofs too much then loaf will dip down while baking, which means you need to reduce water a bit.
