I hope to see more of these kinds of reviews, especially with small displacement cars. That way, we can break the cycle of belief for some people that small displacement cars can't climb steep roads or having doubt.
Since nasa tagaytay area kayo pwede din sana i-try dun sa may starbucks sa kabila yung sa may tagaytay-calamba road. Mejo matarik yung exit nun pero short
Ligaya road is no joke as well, matarik din na daan yan and would still pose a challenge pag naputol momentum mo going uphill. Yet some nay-sayers would still choose to believe their "underpowered" or "sponsored" comments towards the vid. Not everyone wants a turbo nor a hybrid at this price. This gives you the benefit of having sufficient power without having a turbo, and fuel efficiency despite not worrying the cost of changing a drive battery after 8-10 years. This is why people in the market for subcompact crossovers still do consider and buy the XForce, no matter the hate some here throw at it. 😆
Yeah not all wants turbo but not at that price point where even Toyota is offering an HEV at the same price. Yeah Ligaya drive is no Joke to your friends Huracan . Its not the specs as per se. Its the specs in regards to it's price. Of course people would expect something for that price point. What does Xforce offers that other 1.6M cars can't?
@@geraldreyes7835 Well if you're gonna talk about comparing this to HEV cars, this won't definitely give you as much financial strain when your hybrid/electric vehicle's batteries reaches its end of life. This uses a four year old engine that is proven reliable as exhibited by the Xpander. New HEV/Full EV vehicles, well we don't even know how their engines perform after 4 or 5 years. Lastly, other than the casa, how many existing trained mechanics can fully troubleshoot the latest models of the tech loaded EV's? Spare parts?
@@rixtervidz Doesnt change the fact that these are VERY OP at 1.5M+ LOL. Batteries have 8years of warranty and expected life expectancy of 12~15 years or more before starting to degrade (full charge not as long range as its used to be) EVs consume less than a peso to max 2 pesos per KM vs 3~8 pesos per KM on ICE engine. Thats an average 3 pesos per KM savings. In 50K mileage you will already have more than enough for battery change (150k). Spare parts and maintenance are actually EASIER in EV. No transmissions, no oil changes, ETC. Yeah expertise will follow and would be hard to find experts as of now but just dont crash your vehicle and it should normally takes 6~8+ years before you need major repairs. Experst should be more then. And batteries are even CHEAPER aand has longer range and fast charge.
@@geraldreyes7835 I like your numbers in terms of savings. Question is, these EV's or HEV's - have we ever really seen one having 8-10years life span? Or are we just relying data on paper? Like in actual Philippine road use, mileage, etc. factor in everything, your numbers are good, yes. Question is, have these figures been achieved in a real life scenario? That would be one critical factor for a number of people who still wouldn't put their money on new tech. Better yet, anything not yet tested for road worthiness and longevity. Of course we are a hopeful bunch when it comes to these tech evolutions. But until we get real life numbers not just projections, then no one can tell, noh?

Hindi sya underpowered as an 1.5NA, underpowered sya compared to other in its class and price bracket. Heck even a 500K cheaper Coolray/Emzoom will eat this one in all aspects. At almost 1.6M, BYD Sealion ang palagay ko ang better buy. It would eat this ligaya drive kahit siksikin ang 6 full size 100kg+ adults.
I get your point. Pero against competition nya ngayon underpowered talaga sya. Wala pa masyado incline dyan kaya kayang kaya pa umahon nyan. Pero try mo yan sa badihoy st sa baguio na full load mahihirapan ng husto yan.
